This is a very big scam. Be careful!!! He will proceed with things different from what you asked for and what you planned with him, and eventually post-operatively he will make many excuses. The moment you return to your country, he will avoid your calls and texts. Please don’t make my mistakes and regret it later. This is the worst surgeon in Turkey. Neither the results nor the cost explain the way he performs his surgeries. Be safe and avoid him. 🛑 Update to the review !! This doctor is now claiming that he neither operated on me nor spoke to me before, which is a major lie among many others. My operation was on the 26th of August, and it was one of the worst decisions I have made in my life. We are currently taking legal action against him in both my country and Turkey due to the malpractice and manipulation he subjected me to. I want to share my terrible experience with Dr. Oğuz Kayıran so nobody gets fooled or fall in same mistake with such a scammer Today marks 3 months since my terrible surgery with him, in August. I originally looked for a surgeon to perform a revision tummy tuck to fix the sagging, folded skin left from my previous tummy tuck . I also wanted gynecomastia correction, full waist liposuction, and thigh liposuctio…procedures that were never addressed in my first operation. When I first spoke to Dr. Oğuz, he assured me that all of these procedures could be done together. He sent a quotation, and traveled to Turkey. He examined me only on the day of surgery. I asked specifically what would be done, and he confirmed that we would proceed with a 360 revision tummy tuck, full waist liposuction, thigh liposuction with a minor butt lift, and gynecomastia correction by incision, not liposuction only I paid everything in advance, with no receipt or proof of payment, minutes before surgery. 2 days after the surgery during the first dressing change, I discovered: – No incision on the breast area, meaning gynecomastia by incision was never done inly liposcution which left the skin there very saggy like nothing done in compare to before -Nothing done on the thigh area at all , despite we agreed it was do-able and i paying for it total He claimed to have corrected the breast with “liposuction and flaps,” and gave an nonsense excuse for not performing thigh liposuction.. something another plastic surgeon later confirmed made no sense. Not only that.. he informed me he didn’t do liposuction on the waist, but instead cut out fat randomly by excising and curating it, which I never asked for or agreed to. We had an agreement about the exact procedures, and he changed everything on his own during surgery, without permission, and far from what we discussed. I left Turkey 10 days post-op, reassured by his promises that everything will pear properly after swelling goes away and that I would see proper results once healed. However, after the swelling resolved, I noticed that my waist was not reducing at all it in the exact same size and measures as before the surgery. Only a few random cuts of fats were made in different areas, leaving me with a very irregular and uneven waist. Until today, I still don’t understand why he did this or why he didn’t complete the work. In addition, because he didn’t perform the proper incisional gynecomastia correction, my breast became saggier and more deformed than before. At that point, I had enough of his lies. I asked him for an operative report (since he didn’t gave me no paperwork post-op) so that I could consult another surgeon. He sent me the most unrealistic report I’ve ever seen “ maybe he was writing what intended to do- i don’t know “ The other consultant I met told me there was no way that this report matched my actual results. He even said there is a chance that even a single liposuction cannula was inserted in my abdomen Can you imagine how big this scam was? And you think that’s it? No. I asked him for a refund for the procedures he did not perform. He refused of course I also ended up with an open wound on my abdomen because of how poorly the sutures was closed. So u can imagine how was completely non-cosmetic the closure I continued texting him for more than a month afterward, and he simply ignored my messages. I went to him with deformities that needed correction. I left with even worse deformities that now need further correction. I put my health at risk. I had to stop working for a month. I paid so much money for this and in the end, I was scammed. Please, do not make the same mistake. Do not do any major surgery with him. Maybe he’s good at hair transplants, but that’s all ,, nothing more. And anyone need further details and explanations or before and after images im more happy to help

Three months ago, I had a neck and face lift surgery. I’m not sure where to begin, but I will say the following: from my first day of arrival, to surgery and beyond, Dr. Oguz Kayiran and his staff were Top Tier. Given my age and medical conditions, I was very apprehensive at the start of my journey; however, Dr. Kayiran answered every question I had written. He took all his time to clarify every point that I raised and more; there was not one detail left for me to worry about. I was not rushed and not given the impression that it was about money. Dr. Kayiran really cared about the individual. This was before and after the procedure; that eased my mind and put me in a comfortable posture during my surgery process. Several weeks after my neck and facelift surgery, the swelling is gone, slight tightness around my ears is still present; almost full sensation is regained in the incision areas, and I could not be happier with my experience and the outcome. It is just wonderful as my last picture reflects a lady who looks 15 years younger. I truly do love what I see when I look in the mirror.
