I’ve just had my surgery with Clinic Hub and honestly it has truly been a 5-star experience from start to finish. From the moment I landed in Istanbul, everything ran so smoothly — the airport transfer, the check-in, the hospital process, and especially the post-op care. Even though I travelled alone, I never once felt alone. The nurses were so kind, patient and attentive, always checking on me and helping me whenever I needed something. Any little issue or worry I had was dealt with immediately and thoroughly, which made me feel very safe and cared for. A special thank you to Dr. Erman Meneşke, who has been absolutely amazing. He checked in on me, reassured me, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed through every step. I really felt like I was in the hands of a skilled and caring professional. I also want to thank my wonderful coordinators on WhatsApp — Lorin, Abir, Buse, Esra, Merve, Nurcan and Zeynep. They were supportive, friendly, always quick to reply, and constantly checking on me. Their communication and kindness made the whole journey so much easier. Overall, I genuinely feel looked after, safe, and very grateful. Her encouragement, patience, and genuine care have made such a big difference in keeping me motivated. It’s clear she have a real passion for helping people succeed, and her guidance has been invaluable. I’m already seeing positive changes, not just physically but mentally too. Clinic Hub has given me the tools, confidence, and support I needed, and I’m so grateful for the entire team—especially the dietician who has supported me every step of the way. I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Erman Menekese. My lovely and beautiful translator was always by my side, doing her best to translate everything perfectly. Many thanks also to the kind lady who welcomed me at the beginning. A big thank you to the nurses and medical staff at the Hospital. They are incredibly hardworking and attentive. It never takes more than a minute before they are already in the room to help. The aftercare I received at the hotel was excellent. I felt so comfortable. I also received massages from a lovely nurse; she was wonderful and treated my body with such care. I have absolutely no complaints! Everything has gone smoothly and efficiently. I underwent a BBL and Liposuction, and I felt great just 4–5 hours after the surgery. i feel a few times dizzy but it’s absolutely normal. I didn’t experience any pain — it felt more like a bit of muscle soreness. Thank you to everyone I had the pleasure of meeting. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. Dr. Erman Menekese is the HIT! I already love my body. He's very cool and knows how to work. I’ve had an absolutely incredible experience with Clinic hub this week for my rhinoplasty. Dr Eymen Oruc made my dreams come true and I have the nose I always wanted since I was a little girl. Very gentle and knows his stuff when it comes to noses! Wow. Clinic hub as a whole are very organised, we haven’t had to worry about anything, all transfers organised for us, not to mention the hotel included in the package is beautiful, stunning rooms and staff are lovely and cheery too. Multiple group chats and constant contact with the nurses if I had any questions after leaving the hospital. All medicine included also. Another big thank you to my coordinator Fatima who I met on the morning of my surgery, she put my mind at ease, was lovely to see you again on cast removal day!! I cannot wait to see the end result.
