had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I received an appointment time and travelled 40 minutes by taxi, spending both time and money to come, only to be told on arrival that they could not perform laser treatment on my skin tone. This should have been communicated before my visit. I have an olive complexion and have been doing full-body laser for many years in different countries without any issue. To be refused at the door without any prior information was unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. The staff did not seem prepared for my appointment and the whole situation was handled poorly. Patients deserve clear communication and proper screening before being asked to come in person. Very disappointing experience.

Don’t fall for this place, you will regret it big time. It’s all about money and most of all they will price their procedure based on where you coming from rather than focusing on your needs. They are desperate for your money and nonstop calling as I already a red flag. I do not recommend this to anyone especially having had a terrible experience with a similar clinic that left scars on my head and facial defects from fillers.

Disappointing Experience with Esterworld – Poor Results and Communication I had a hair transplant done at Esterworld, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. After a year and a half, there is still barely any noticeable difference between the before and after results. Concerned about this, I consulted with two other hair transplant clinics. Sadly, I was informed by both that far fewer grafts were transplanted than what Esterworld had originally promised. Post-surgery, communication with Esterworld was also very frustrating. I was constantly in touch with different people, which caused confusion and lack of clear follow-up. This entire process has cost me a lot of money, time, and emotional energy. What makes it even more upsetting is that I ended up choosing Esterworld through a recommendation from acquaintances, which makes this whole situation feel even more unfortunate. I’m sharing this review in hopes of warning others — please make sure to do thorough research and choose a truly reliable clinic.

I had my facial cleansing session with Ms. Aysel, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Throughout the session, she thoroughly explained each step she was taking, making me feel well-informed and comfortable. Her work was incredibly detailed, giving each step the time and attention it needed. Her positive energy helped me relax and truly enjoy the experience.
