These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the trueclinic.com website and platform ("Platform"), operated by YANK MEDIA LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

trueclinic is an online platform that connects patients seeking medical and dental procedures with clinics, primarily in Turkey. The Platform allows users to browse clinic listings, read and submit reviews, send inquiries to clinics, and access informational content about medical procedures.

For clinics, the Platform provides tools to manage their profile, respond to patient reviews, receive inquiries, and subscribe to premium features.

4.1 Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

5. Clinic Listings & Verification

Clinics listed on the Platform may be user-submitted or sourced from publicly available information. A "Verified" badge indicates that the clinic has completed our verification process, which may include document review. However, verification does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee of quality, or certification of medical competence.

Clinics that claim and manage their profiles are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, including descriptions, pricing, photos, and credentials.

6. User Content & Reviews

6.1 User Submissions

You may submit reviews, ratings, photos, messages, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content on and through the Platform.

6.2 Content Standards

You agree that your User Content will not:

• Be false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent.
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Contain spam, advertising, or solicitation.
• Include illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful material.
• Contain personal information of others without their consent.

Clinics may subscribe to paid plans to access premium features. Subscription plans, pricing, and features are described on the Platform and may change from time to time.

7.2 Billing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. All fees are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

7.3 Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods. At the end of a free trial, your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial expires.

7.4 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your clinic dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and all other content (excluding User Content), is the property of YANK MEDIA LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform without our permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Submit fake reviews or misleading clinic information.
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party sites. Your interactions with third parties, including clinics contacted through our Platform, are solely between you and that third party.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the Platform, including clinic listings, reviews, pricing, or procedure descriptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YANK MEDIA LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YANK MEDIA LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Platform. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
