Rating: ⭐⭐ I had a disappointing experience at Nova Clinic in Izmir. During my hair removal laser treatment, my leg was burned, leaving me unable to wear what I wanted for over a month as I waited for it to heal. While Dr. Duygu Uz and Fatoş were kind, knowledgeable, and patient in addressing the issue, the clinic’s management fell short in handling the situation. After consulting with Dr. Duygu Uz and being advised to apply cream and return when the crusts and brown patches healed, I came back for further treatment. However, when I requested a control session (which should be available 10 days after each treatment), it was denied by the clinic’s boss. The clinic never followed up on my recovery or showed concern for the inconvenience caused by their mistake. If I were less understanding, I could have taken legal action, as advised by a lawyer friend. Yet despite my patience, they refused to accommodate a basic request for a control session, which felt unfair and unprofessional. It’s unfortunate that the owner prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. I hope they improve their customer service and accountability in the future. Mehria 2024

I go there for almost 1 year.. the personnel is very friendly and professional 😀😀 I went there for hair epilation and tattoo removal it works very well because they are using high quality machines. Thank you.. I am satisfied ☀️

I had in Novar 7 session & to be honest they have a really good service, prices are reasonable also they will follow you during the schedule , also they have employees speaks English. finally I would like to appreciate Ms.Aysin for her Totally care and she is really helpful , truthful employee and she is not looking after money by saying do that do this , she will tell straight forward without going around like other clinics. 10/10

Novar is outstanding! Their services are world class and I always walk out of the clinic happier! My translator Seda is amazing!! I love her! She is so SO helpful, super responsive, would answer tons of my questions without a frown, guides me so well and helps me set up my appointments conveniently. I LOVE her and Novar! You go guys!! ❤️

I like the clinic and staff. They are very helpful. I do laser treatment there and my skin is like a baby. No harm and no scars.
