Let me start by Saying i had the best team ever. I met Dr Ilker Bilgiç after i was unsure about the initial Dr i had chosen to go with. There was something missing that didn’t convince me enough to go with the previous DR. When i went to British Estetik i immediately knew that was ‘THE ONE’ (if you are looking for a surgeon you know what i mean😄) something has to click right. I immediately got that with Dr Bilgiç. From explaining how the procedure would go, to telling me exactly what i need. And not what i wanted to hear. Its very difficult to find a DR that puts your safety first regardless of whether you will pick him or not. In the end its not always about money and i think thats the most important thing. I am so happy with my choice. (It was a last minute thing) but i am glad i went with him. I felt safe trusting him with my procedure. I knew he had my best interest at heart. That was missing in most DRs i had consultation with. Communication was absolutely great. From getting SMS reminders all the way till the day of surgery. Miss Zeynep is an absolute Angel. What a sweetheart. May God bless her heart. She kept in contact throughout. Crosschecking every single details before my surgery. Everyone at the hospital was absolutely sweet. They were expecting me in the morning. Very organized staff. And took care of me after my surgery like a baby. I have really low pain tolerance and they understood that perfectly well without judgement. They helped me every 5 minutes i rang the bell😂. May God bless the whole team. AVOID IT BY ALL COST. I went there to get hair transplant. I have less hair on my scalp one year after the surgery compared to one year before. You can check the picture. Basically, the service is terrible. I got more hairs before operation compared to after. I trusted their surgeons, they were definitely not serious when doing it. And now i have a lot of scares behind my head.
