From the very beginning, I felt well taken care of. The entire team was friendly and professional. The clinic was clean, modern, and very well maintained – you can clearly see that they value quality and professionalism. The organization of the transport and hotel was also excellent. My results look very natural, not overdone at all, and exactly what I was hoping for. He really listened to my needs and made sure I felt comfortable and understood throughout the process. I also truly appreciated that he visited me after the procedure to check on me and update me that everything went well, which made me feel very reassured and cared for.
