On September 25, 2025, I underwent surgery to correct my under-eye bags and upper eyelid. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt safe and valued. From the moment I arrived, to the surgery itself, and even to the nurse who called me the evening I was discharged to ask how I was, everyone's care was truly genuine and sincere. Mr. Başar reassured me with his reassuring and detailed pre-operative information. Thanks to his meticulous attention during the surgery, the procedure went very smoothly; my swelling was minimal and my bruising was almost non-existent. The entire team at Başar Kaya Clinic performs their work not only professionally but also with compassion. This experience was priceless. I extend my heartfelt thanks to each and every one of them.

I chose this clinic after a thorough research on the internet for the reviews. After a face to face consultation we decided to do an eyebrow and facelift. Doctor Basar Kaya took the time to explain me all the details and answered all my questions about the procedure. The operation went well thanks to him and his amazing team. I am very impressed with the service I received. I travelled from The UK to Ankara to have a septoplasty and I am very happy with the results. I had significant discomfort while breathing but doctor Kaya helped me to breathe properly and now I can breathe through two sides of my nose. It feels great to be able to do that!.
