I had my first surgery with Dr. Ugur Horoz two years ago and, because of the trust and the quality of the long-lasting results, I chose to return for a second surgery recently. Dr. Ugur Horoz and his entire team deliver an exceptional level of professionalism, care and organization. From the pre-operative preparation to the post-operative follow-up, I felt fully supported and well guided at every stage. The experience was smooth, safe and exceptionally well coordinated, which is especially important for international patients. The results are natural, harmonious and thoughtfully planned. I highly recommend Dr. Ugur Horoz and his team to anyone seeking excellence in plastic surgery.

The hump on my nose and the crooked nose from falling off a bicycle when I was little have been bothering me for years. Fear did not allow me to do rhinoplasty, and I am glad that I overcame my fears and found Dr. Horoz, who made me the most beautiful nose possible. The only thing I regret is that I did not decide on this procedure sooner, but I believe that it is for the reason that I met the right doctor at the right time. I have had 3 diffrent operations with dr Horoz in 2 years. *All i can say about doctor that he is extremely talented, sympathic and takes care so much about patient's safeness and satisfaction. No difficulties with communication in english, he explains everything very clearly and he is patient. His results are outstanding. Here is absolutely 5/5. *The hospital (Bayrampansa Kolan Hospital) is clean and well equiped, the rooms are spacious, all nurses are so nice and so much caring (especially many thanks for nurses Feray and Yesmin, they are amazing❤️!). Food is acceptable, but for better recovery process it is better to bring own food like the fruits, nuts etc. Here also 5/5, could not complain about anything. *The clinic in Nisantasi is beautiful, with nice employees, atmosphere and great coffee. 5/5 * Now the only one weak point of all process: the aftercare, which is however very important thing. The new dr's assistant Fatma (who used to be a good nurse in past)- is absolutely wrong person for customer service. She is rude, she said to her colleague in my presence (in english 🙈) that I have had toooo much surgeries and another not polite comments. I booked surgery with her but after operation all what she did was sending me 3 times short message "Hello, your appoitment is at ...o'clock at hospital", no recomendations from dr, she did not even ask if i need lymphatic dranaige or offer any help. I came for 3 weeks and after day 8 (threads removing) no contact from her. I was shocked, because doctor's previous assistant Buse (my first surgery's consultant ) every day was sending me messages how i am, if i need something, how is the healing and arranging for me more check-ups in 6 days than now i have had in whole 3 weeks. When I asked her why she doesnt contact me at all she answered "because I stay away from the nursing and my job is mostly callphones"(?!)... than she sent message "Lack of aftercare is my fault", but still didnt do nothing about it. She is extremaly unprofessional so here 1/5 . Luckily every time I came to hospital I could rely on the nurses who help me a lot with changing bands etc, but without seeing the dr. Dear doctor as professionalist at the end arranged the last check-up by himself, so finally I could come back home sure that I am fine. Generally dr Horoz and his team are amazing, the aftercare needs to be improved, but I would recommend this place.

I am glad I took a chance coming from US to have the surgery with Dr. Horoz. His staff is attentive, all the girls are absolutely wonderful and helpful. Doctor took care of me all the way until I had to fly back. Highly recommend!
