Hello, I was someone who struggled with nasal septum perforation for many years until I met Dr. Murat Enöz. He managed to close a perforation larger than 6 cm, which no other doctor said could be closed, in a single surgery in a very short time. Moreover, despite being afraid of surgery, I went into the operation with confidence and without feeling any pain or bruising. In December 2025 I had a successful complex revision rhinoplasty surgery, undertaken by Dr Enoz. The surgery involved removing plastic biomaterial from my nose that was causing problems with my skin, installing multiple fascia grafts and improving the overall aesthetic appearance of my nose. All of this work was undertaken as part of an open procedure with very minimal pain, bruising and no skin damage experienced. Dr Enoz is a pre eminent ENT surgeon. He is highly experienced, and capable of undertaking extremely complicated procedures. With his level of skill, it is safe to say Dr Enoz is the best of the best in the field of ENT surgery. He is also very kind and caring towards his patients. Therefore, I would recommend anyone considering rhinoplasty or other ENT surgery seek a consultation with him. I had a tip plasty (nasal tip plasty) with Dr. Murat on March 28th. During the examination, he explained almost everything in detail and illustrated possible options with sample photos. I'm happy with my nasal bone and don't have any breathing problems, so my only complaint was the drooping tip of my nose. The surgery went very smoothly afterward. I had no bruising. Other than the sore throat caused by the anesthesia, I experienced no other pain. During my first few days at home, I only had a headache, and they gave me painkillers for that. As someone who had the surgery for the first time and was a bit apprehensive, I wish I had seen Dr. Murat sooner. He explained all the post-operative steps in detail. Five days later, Dr. Murat personally removed the silicone implants from my nose. He personally performed the entire procedure from beginning to end, which I believe is a significant positive. I'm still in the recovery phase, and my nose will droop a bit more, and the swelling will go down, but even now, it looks exactly as I wanted. You can see from the photos.
