I had a very positive experience with this clinic from beginning to end. The entire staff were kind, professional, and always willing to help, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for at every stage. Sahar guided me through the entire process and was incredibly supportive and kind throughout, which made everything much easier and less stressful. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, answered all of my questions patiently, and made sure I understood the whole process. This gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. I had a very deviated septum before, and now it is completely straight. My nose is visibly shorter, and although it is still swollen, I believe it will look great once the swelling fully goes down. The care in the hospital was excellent. The medical team was attentive, supportive, and professional, and I felt safe throughout my stay. They were checking very often Of I need something. The room was excellent, with nice view and tv you could watch Netflix. I also really liked the atmosphere in the clinic, it felt calm and welcoming, and the classical music playing in the background made the experience even more pleasant. I am very grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering treatment here.
