Stay away from this I had a BBL and liposuction surgery at Retouch Clinic in Istanbul, performed by Dr. Serkan Dinar, and I deeply regret it. This review is to warn others before going through what I did. From the beginning, the clinic felt like a conveyor belt for cosmetic tourism — they don’t prioritize quality results, just volume. After my surgery, I was left with lumps on my tummy and saggy skin. It was clearly visible right after the procedure. When I raised my concerns and sent them photos, I was told it was just swelling and would improve in a month. That was over two and a half years ago, and nothing ever improved. My body shape is still irregular, uneven, and far from what was promised. It’s clear now that Dr. Serkan Dinar did not care to provide proper contouring or a quality finish. His work was sloppy and unrefined. He never once followed up with meaningful support. Why? Because they know many clients fly in for surgery and leave — so there’s no real accountability. Once they take your money, you’re on your own. If you're considering surgery at Retouch Clinic or with Dr. Serkan Dinar, stay away. I would never wish this experience on anyone. They failed me, ignored me, and delivered a poor result that I have to live with every day. I recently visited the Sapphire Hair Clinic and had an exceptional experience. From the warm welcome at the door to the professional consultation, everything exceeded my expectations. When I met with the doctor, I was initially expecting a few procedures, but the doctor conducted a thorough examination and recommended a comprehensive approach. I was truly impressed by how smoothly the procedure went. The clinic was immaculate, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Hande, the clinic manager, was incredibly supportive and attentive, holding my hand during the blood test and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The staff was attentive and made me feel valued every step of the way. They even followed up with me at night to ensure I was okay and provided clear directions every step of the way. Nuray, the Social Media Director, was in touch with me from the beginning. Before I arrived, she provided directions, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable. She also ensured the appointment was booked seamlessly and followed up promptly to address any further questions I had. Her communication was outstanding. I highly recommend Sapphire Hair Clinic to anyone seeking top-quality care. I’m also very thankful to my friend who recommended this place. The reviews would be more reliable if they weren't fake. I'm looking at the location, and it seems wrong because it shows an irrelevant place, and they haven't provided any information about where these surgeries are performed. I guess it's some unlicensed or illegal operation.
