I recently had a procedure with Dr. Alireza Oraghlou and I’m beyond impressed with the entire experience. From day one, the clinic staff were incredibly supportive and always available. A huge thanks to Sahar, who managed everything for me with such care and professionalism. The nurse assisting Dr. Oraghlou was also kind and highly skilled. And of course, Dr. Oraghlou himself is exceptionally knowledgeable, calm, and confident—he made me feel safe every step of the way. I had a very positive experience with this clinic from beginning to end. The entire staff were kind, professional, and always willing to help, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for at every stage. Sahar guided me through the entire process and was incredibly supportive and kind throughout, which made everything much easier and less stressful. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, answered all of my questions patiently, and made sure I understood the whole process. This gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. I had a very deviated septum before, and now it is completely straight. My nose is visibly shorter, and although it is still swollen, I believe it will look great once the swelling fully goes down. The care in the hospital was excellent. The medical team was attentive, supportive, and professional, and I felt safe throughout my stay. They were checking very often Of I need something. The room was excellent, with nice view and tv you could watch Netflix. I also really liked the atmosphere in the clinic, it felt calm and welcoming, and the classical music playing in the background made the experience even more pleasant. I am very grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering treatment here.

Under Eye Fat Transfer Procedure: (post 7 months) I had a fat transfer procedure under my eyes, and my experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Why I Chose This Clinic: I selected this doctor based on his near five-star rating on RealSelf. While his fees were significantly higher than other clinics, I believed the reviews justified the premium cost. Unfortunately, the reality did not match the online reputation. The Procedure Experience. Rushed Process: From the initial consultation, everything felt hurried. They emphasized how "lucky" I was to get an appointment within a week, which should have been a red flag. Pain Management Issues: The anesthetic administration on my thigh was traumatic. The doctor aggressively injected 7 needles, which was extremely painful. Despite this, I still felt most of the fat extraction procedure as he extracted it manually. To this day, my inner thigh looks deranged from his extraction. Results: While I understand results vary by individual, only approximately 20% of the transferred fat survived. My under-eye area shows minimal improvement and looks largely the same as before the procedure. Coercive Review Practices - Major Red Flag The most concerning aspect was the aggressive pressure to leave a positive RealSelf review: I was not allowed to leave until I submitted a review. The receptionist monitored and read my review before I could submit it For months afterward, I received constant requests for additional photos, feedback, and more reviews This explains the misleadingly high ratings and raises serious ethical concerns. Professionalism Concerns Doctor's Demeanor: The doctor displayed arrogance throughout our interactions. His communication style was demeaning and made me feel uncomfortable and anxious during our interactions and especially during the procedure. Staff Behavior: The staff were pleasant and attentive before payment but became dismissive and pushy immediately after. The post-procedure care felt rushed and impersonal. Final Thoughts I cannot recommend this clinic. Between the painful procedure, disappointing results, unprofessional atmosphere, and unethical review solicitation practices, this was not worth the premium price. The high ratings appear to be artificially maintained through coercive tactics rather than genuine patient satisfaction. I would advise potential patients to look elsewhere and be wary of practices that pressure you to leave reviews before leaving their office.
