The Best Decision I Made I am incredibly grateful for my experience with Dr. Kaplan and his entire team. From the very first contact, everything felt right. The communication before my rhinoplasty, from the initial messages to booking my appointment, was always clear, kind, and reassuring. Dr. Kaplan’s assistant and office staff were wonderful and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. My stay in Istanbul was very well organized, and the hospital experience exceeded my expectations. The hospital was clean, modern, and extremely professional. I felt safe, comfortable, and truly well cared for at every step. My case was not an easy one. I had a difficult nose, and for a long time I believed my expectations might not be fully achievable. Dr. Kaplan truly made the impossible possible. The results are astonishing. My nose looks beautiful, natural, and perfectly suited to my face. It has honestly been life-changing. What meant a lot to me was the care after the surgery. Not only during my stay in Istanbul, but also after I returned home to Austria. I always felt supported, checked on, and never left alone with questions or concerns. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Dr. Kaplan, his assistant, and the entire team for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering rhinoplasty.

Everyone was so kind, professional, and genuinely caring — I felt completely safe and taken care of throughout the whole process. Dr. Yunus himself is incredibly skilled and attentive, and I’m already so happy with my results! He gave me exactly the nose I always wanted, while also fixing the breathing problems I’ve struggled with my whole life. The result looks natural, beautiful, and suits my face perfectly. The hospital stay was excellent — everything felt so luxurious and well-organized. The staff were always there to help me with anything I needed, and the level of care and attention was beyond my expectations. I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better doctor or clinic. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kaplan and his amazing team. From start to finish, the entire experience was beyond my expectations. Traveling from the U.S. to Turkey for surgery was a big decision and honestly a bit nerve-wracking, but I knew right away that I was in the best hands. I had originally been deciding between Dr. Kaplan and another surgeon, but communication made all the difference. While the other clinic was slow and unhelpful, Mahir (Dr. Kaplan’s assistant) was incredibly attentive from day one — answering every question, keeping me updated, and making sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. Even when we arrived late Sunday night after office hours, Mahir waited for us to get to the hotel and met me at the hospital for my pre-surgery bloodwork. The next morning was my consultation and surgery. Dr. Kaplan was warm, patient, and detailed — he explained everything clearly and even created a 3D rendering showing what my results would look like. Spoiler alert: my nose turned out exactly like that rendering! The surgery and recovery went smoothly. I did have a bit of acid reflux afterward (unrelated to the procedure), but Dr. Kaplan and his team went above and beyond. He personally came back to the hospital and stayed for hours to make sure I was okay — that kind of care is rare. Unlike my past experiences in the U.S., where you’re often sent home right after surgery, I stayed overnight in the hospital with constant check-ins and care. The next morning, both Dr. Kaplan and Mahir stopped by again to check on me and go over my medications in detail. The recovery wasn’t painful, just a little uncomfortable from the splints. Six days later, I went back to have them removed — and when I saw my new nose, I was speechless. It looked absolutely perfect, just like the 3D model. I truly couldn’t recommend Dr. Kaplan and his team enough. They’re kind, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. I know for sure that the level of attention and care I received in Turkey is something I never would’ve experienced in the U.S. I’m beyond thrilled with my results and so thankful to Dr. Kaplan and his entire team. 💛 (The photos are immediately after surgery and 2 weeks out where I’m still quite a bit swollen)

This was absolutely the most amazing, fun, informative, helpful, pleasant and life changing experience I’ve had. Doctor Yunus Kaplan has magic hands. He has transformed my biggest insecurity into something that I absolutely love. From the consultation, to the meeting, to the surgery, and then post-op, him and his team have been 100000% there. Mahir was an absolute pleasure to be in communication with (his assistant) he made sure the entire process went smoothly and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time and was the most accommodating and helpful person. THIS TEAM IS A BLESSING!! If you are ever looking for any rhinoplasty, whether it be a revision or primary, THIS IS YOUR DOCTOR!! THIS IS YOUR TEAM!! I traveled from the USA to Turkey specifically because I refused to let anybody but Doctor Kaplan do my revision. I would trust him and his team with everything and anything.
