I am so grateful for the care and respect I received. My heart is so full. I embarked on this journey alone but never felt alone from the moment I arrived at the hospital. The hospital is clean and staff are professional. The nurses and Dr Yalçın Bayram's team are exceptional. My overall experience is 5 stars! The results, 2 weeks post op is amazing. Any questions I have, I receive communication from Dr Yalçıns team. Dr Yalçın has a gift and empowers every individual that chooses him. It's daunting going solo, plus hearing horror stories regarding Turkey but I can honestly say the care is flawless and brilliant. From the health assistants to the cleaner supporting me on my walks, it was a whole team effort. Thank you for being on this new journey with me.

Avoid! Avoid! For six months I have been trying to reach the hospital to get some information from my medical records. Emails and messages sent through their contact form go unanswered. Their phone goes unanswered. Finally managed to reach someone through WhatsApp, only to have them string me along for three months. Istanbul Cerrahi Hospital has some serious problems.

I cannot express enough gratitude to the incredible team on Floor 4 for the care my partner and I received following my surgery with Dr Yalcin. From the moment we arrived, we were met with such warmth and hospitality that it immediately put our minds at ease. ​Every single member of the staff was welcoming, attentive, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. Recovery can be a vulnerable time, but the team made sure the room was comfortable and that I felt completely safe and in expert hands at all times. ​What truly impressed us was their dedication to communication. Even when there was a slight language barrier, the staff went above and beyond, using Google Translate to ensure everything was clear. There wasn't a single issue or misunderstanding, their patience and effort to connect with us were truly heartwarming. ​I highly recommend this hospital to anyone and Dr Yalcin Bayram. Thank you to the entire staff for making us feel so much better during my recovery and for taking such wonderful care of both me and my partner. You made a difficult time so much easier!

Starting with poor communication from Angela, barely answering my questions and going ghost for long periods of time especially leading up to the days of my surgery. When I got there, I was under the impression my surgery was at Luna clinic which I had researched and was a well repped clinic, I was instead taken to CERRAHI clinic which was a 3.5/5 stars. When I spoke to Angela saying I think I’m at the wrong clinic she’s like no “they have rented out a floor in that clinic” it looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. My doctor was great, Dr. Adra. Well educated and did a great job. But everything surrounding the surgery I had horrible experience with. I was left in my own period blood for hours after the surgery because they forgot to put a pad on me after the surgery. I asked for my garment to be switched out since it was covered in blood and Angela advised me to wash it by hand after I just had surgery. She was extremely rude and careless about everything. Go somewhere else

I recovered here from a extensive 6 hour surgery for a total of 4 days. From when I arrived to the hospital the nurses on the 4th floor were very helpful. I arrived 7 am the day of the surgery, they quickly prepared me and got me down into the OR very promptly, went under general anaesthesia and woke up 6 hours later as they worked to bring me back to normality. I was brought back to my room and from that point on all the nurses and assistants were very friendly and helpful. They responded to my many calls per day with no complaints and often with smile. There was sometimes a language barrier as I speak English, and the majority of them spoke primarily Turkish, but if there was any issues, they were quick to pull out Google Translate to figure out what the problem was. They often also brought in somebody else that was on the floor that spoke English for quick assistance. I didn’t find the language barrier to be too much of any real issue, and most of the nurses could get the point of what you were saying and tell you what they were doing. They were some nurses being trained where you could tell they were new but were ready to help and learnt quickly you could tell. The nurses care I could tell throughout the process that they wanted the best for me and we’re willing to do what it takes to keep me in a comfortable place in the process of healing. Both day and night shift did great on the day of my discharge many of the nurses that helped me throughout the process, smiled and greeted me and we’re excited for my discharge. It was nice to be there as I felt that I wasn’t going through this healing journey alone, but with people who cared. I’m home now and happy, I couldn’t have made it through those initial rough days of recovery without the staff there My surgery only included one days of recovery, but I decided to extend for another three at my own cost as I came to Turkey alone for the procedure and didn’t have any support back at my Airbnb to help me through the process. The cost was very affordable at around $200 per day, including medication and anything else I needed. Thanks to everybody there that I dealt with on the fourth floor you guys did a great job.
