I have known Dr. Metin Kerem for 4 years. His clinic is like family; I had a temple lift and eyebrow lift surgery there and I am extremely satisfied. He is a meticulous, skillful, and very humble doctor.

I got two nose jobs from this doctor. I had both my primary rhinoplasty and a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Metin Kerem. While he is generally a kind and polite doctor who initially appears to care about his patients, my experience ultimately left me disappointed and unheard. After my surgeries, I continued to have visible bumps and a clear deviation in my nose—the same issues I originally raised and sought correction for. When I brought these concerns to him, he repeatedly dismissed them, saying that nothing is wrong in real life and that the issues are only noticeable in photos. I was told these were “minor” or simply part of my anatomy, even though the deviation and irregularities are clearly visible and affect the overall appearance of my nose. Rather than acknowledging the problem or offering a surgical correction, I felt gaslit—as if my concerns were not valid. At one point, he suggested that I was “obsessed” with looking at my face, instead of addressing the fact that there is a real, physical issue that remains unresolved. What was most frustrating is that I offered to pay again for a proper revision surgery because he knows my nose best and I trusted him to fix it. Despite this, he did not want to proceed with another surgery and instead suggested filler as a temporary and easier solution, which I did not want. This made me feel that the decision was based more on convenience than on achieving the best outcome for the patient. Given my experience, I would advise anyone especially those with ethnic noses or more complex anatomy to seek multiple opinions before committing. Skill, accountability, and willingness to address complications matter just as much as kindness. On that not, here are my photos and how my nose looks now two years post operation. It’s not straight and it doesn’t look good.

I had my deep plane facelift and neck lift with Dr. Kerem in November and I’m healing beautifully. He’s truly an artist and incredibly knowledgeable at what he does. From the moment I had the consultation and met him in person, I trusted him. He addressed everything I asked about. My surgery lasted 6 hours, and afterward I stayed 2 days in the hospital with 24/7 care. His staff is extremely caring, Basel is such a nice guy and helps you with everything. Even the driver was really nice. I went back home after 10 days and I already loved my results. My friends were thrilled that I looked so natural; they said I looked refreshed and younger. Now that it’s been 2 months since the procedure, my face is settling very nicely and the scars are fading. The scars are basically invisible to the naked eye unless I tell you I’ve had a facelift or neck lift, no one would ever know. Thank you Dr. Metin and staff. Btw, stay in the Towers they recommend, I wasted money moving from an okay hotel to a very nice one because you really do need to rest in a comfortable place.

I want to share my honest experience. I am 19 years old and currently 3 months post-op from my rhinoplasty. I traveled alone to Turkey, and honestly everything was very good and much more comfortable than I expected. The doctor is very professional and clearly knows exactly what he’s doing. However, I have to mention that he doesn’t have much patience. The surgery itself was not painful at all, but the first three days after surgery are very difficult. You won’t be able to breathe properly, smell, or taste anything, and your skin will look really bad during those days. Another very important point: you will probably hate your nose right after removing the cast. I personally had panic attacks and felt so much regret. My nose looked like a pig nose, and I was really scared. Thankfully, Basel talked to me and explained everything calmly. He reassured me that this phase is completely normal because the nose is still very swollen, and also because you’re not used to your new face yet, so it feels strange at first. I wanted a natural result, not a Barbie nose like the ones everyone is getting in Turkey nowadays. This doctor is truly talented—he gave me a nose that fits my face perfectly, looks very natural, and no one noticed that I even had surgery. At first, I was scared I would look fake, but that never happened. The nurses were very kind, and I’m especially grateful to one nurse who was very supportive before and after the surgery. She held my hand and made me feel safe. The only negative thing is that sometimes I felt a bit rushed. Overall, I recommend this doctor.
