I have no words to describe the professionalism of all the members of Dr. Ali’s team, and especially the result of the surgery performed by Dr. Ali, which far exceeded all expectations. My skin was dull, aged, and visibly wrinkled, and now I feel as though I have regained 20 years of my life. I must say, there is nothing better that could happen to someone who no longer even recognized themselves. Dr. Ali achieved something I never believed to be possible. He combines exceptional skill, professionalism, and attention to detail, which allows me to say with complete confidence that he is an outstanding choice for aesthetic procedures.

I had two sessions of CO₂ fractional laser treatment for acne scars on my face. Mr. Ali was very attentive. The scars gradually began to shrink and disappear.

My Experience with Dr. Ali Cetinkaya's Patient Coordinator I would like to share my experience with Dr. Ali Cetinkaya's patient coordination because I found it very unusual and, at times, frustrating. Dr. Ali Cetinkaya himself is a very kind and competent doctor. I spoke with him several times and felt I was in good hands. My problem began with his new patient coordinator. I contacted her multiple times to schedule an appointment. Her response was always: "We're very busy at the moment, I'll get back to you." I asked if there was perhaps another option or if there was another person responsible, but I didn't receive a clear answer to that either—just the constant repetition that she and Dr. Ali Cetinkaya were very busy. I haven't heard from her in months. It's very disappointing that communication is handled this way. You have to be extremely careful and polite when writing to her, almost as if you're walking on tiptoe, to even have a chance of contacting Dr. Ali Cetinkaya. Getting an appointment with Ali Cetinkaya feels like the patient coordinator has sole control over access to the doctor, without the doctor himself being aware of how difficult it is to get an appointment. I find it regrettable that such a competent and friendly doctor as Dr. Ali Cetinkaya is indirectly hindered by such a system. My impression is that his patient coordination is heavily dependent on personal quirks and that one needs a great deal of patience and tact just to receive any response at all.

Dr ali is very chill. During my in person consult while you speak he is already mapping your face out . He is watching all the movements in your face. He looks at you through the lens of a surgeon but also an artist. He is a very confident surgeon which gives you peace.He oozes experience and expertise. I am almost a month post op. What a difference. I actually didn’t realize how saggy i was until i compared my pictures. We are talking extreme difference. Im snatched!!! His team is 10/10. Always there for you at a snap. Watching you in person day by day. Checking your progress and healing. Dr. Ali is definitely a brilliant and honest guy. He doesn’t suggest or add on things just to make more money. For me when he saw actual discarded one procedure as seeing me in person gave him a clear and precise view of my face. His nurse that sees you daily ( NURSE ALI) Is wonderful. His entire team I would call a hem “ your dream team” to have by your side)
