Disappointing due to questionable professionalism. I asked if you were available for a surgical revision estimate following cosmetic damage sustained from previous operations (in Turkey). The answers I received were evasive and inconclusive, especially since they referred me to the same surgeon whom, for obvious reasons, I have the right not to trust again. This approach, as was confirmed to me in Istanbul, appears to be a widespread practice to avoid tackling the work of revising other people's injuries and highlights the surgeons' inability to repair pre-existing damage. They seem to prefer operating on people they've never touched before, likely in the hope that their inexperience will prevent them from recognizing any new damage. This attitude not only demonstrates incompetence and inexperience, but also a fearfulness in addressing the poor work of colleagues. It's clear there's an internal policy of covering up malpractice that's widespread in these countries, a form of unprofessional behavior. When I asked the reasons, the conversation ended without a response, and my concerns were completely ignored.

great experience with the assistant, and the doctor met my expectations

I flew to Istanbul by myself to have a temporal/mid face lift , canthoplexy, and ptosis surgery with Dr. Hasan Duygulu and honestly I am completely mind blown. His work has exceeded my expectations, beyond. I don’t want to be overly vain but I literally cannot stop looking at myself , I can’t believe how amazing I look- mind you, I am still swollen and bruised. This man is an actual angel and a genius, he is gentle and calm, not only does he have great energy but he is a wizard at his craft. I was nervous going into this but I chose him because of his natural looking results and I am SO glad that I trusted him with my precious face. His assistant made me feel so well taken care throughout the entire process and because of that I felt like I had a friend here with me. The doctors main nurse was also around most of the time and she was super sweet too. 10/10 experience and I could not recommend him more.

the doctor could be even a good one but his team definitely is not worth the process. Poor reply and professionalism by WhatsApp receptionist. Definitely not a good start from her so i wouldn’t carry on .

I did Fox eyes bei Hasan Dr, but 1 week later again look like eyes als before. I spent a lot of money and i dont see it change, and my breast OP is more more horrible, everytime come to the blood. Never and never. Thanks
