Hello; I've wanted to have a nose job for years but was very scared. I made my decision after my first meeting with Dr. Emre. Dr. Emre works so meticulously for the surgery that I trusted him and wasn't scared at all on the day of the operation. My surgery was very successful and I didn't feel any pain. Everything returned to normal for me on the 3rd day. I might have bothered Dr. Emre and his team a little in the first few days because I was very panicked :) but they all found solutions to all my questions and problems with dedication and meticulousness, regardless of the time. I thank them all separately. It's the 12th day now and I have some swelling, but I even like my nose in this swollen state. I wanted it to look very natural, and my doctor did exactly as I wanted. I had rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Emre. They created a beautiful nose by removing both my adenoids and taking cartilage from my ribs. After 33 years of not being able to breathe properly, I started breathing much more easily after the surgery. Furthermore, they provided meticulous care both during and after the operation. I had a rhinoplasty with Emre Apaydın in 2022. During the initial consultation, I clearly explained to him the nose I wanted. He then showed me the potential outcome using a simple tablet application. However, this situation was reminiscent of the "Show me what you want, we'll do it our way" approach. The surgery was performed, and for two years, I was extremely careful; I took the prescribed medications regularly and performed the prescribed massages. However, the results were not satisfactory. When I compared old photos with new ones, I realized that only the bridge of the nose had been filed down, and no changes had been made to the tip of the nose. My nose tip was naturally very flat, and when I smiled, it took on a triangular shape. After two years, after confirming that the swelling had completely subsided, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the results. I also explained that I lived abroad and was a student, so I couldn't even attend the consultation. However, I was told nothing could be done. They explained that Emre would only perform the revision surgery at his own request, if he admitted his mistake, and if a fee of 35,000 TL or more was paid. Be yourself and find a doctor who can guarantee the nose shape you want 100%. If you carefully examine his Instagram profile and the results of his surgeries, you'll see that 99% of the noses he's created are similar. He even disables his Instagram comments to prevent people from sharing their post-op experiences. What a disappointment.
