Dr. Okan Morkoç

If you go there once, you'll have to go back another 3-4 times to fix what they've damaged. I had to go through four revisions and even paid a few thousand more for some of them, and I'm still not satisfied! Especially considering everything I had to go through... go somewhere else. It's better to pay more and at least have everything done properly and safely!
