I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel a responsibility to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. I went to Quartz Clinique for several cosmetic procedures, lipo with fat transfer, threads, and botox with Dr. Leyla Arvas. During my consultation, I was told the procedure would be done under local anesthesia, that I would be awake, and that I could provide input to ensure the results matched my expectations. Based on this, I felt comfortable moving forward. However, on the day of the procedure, I was unexpectedly put under general anesthesia without my consent. When I woke up, the results were nothing like what we had discussed. I was devastated, and when I asked for correction, I was told to come back the next day. Instead of correcting the outcome, the staff tried to convince me it wasn’t as bad as it looked. This has been a deeply painful and disappointing experience, both emotionally and financially. I feel scammed and taken advantage of, and I would strongly urge anyone considering Quartz Clinique or Dr. Arvas to be cautious and to get everything in writing.

Had a great experience with Dr. Leyla Arvas and her team! Communication was perfect while I planned my trip and procedure with them. Dr. Leyla Arvas was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable with how confident she was and safe. I am less than a week from my operation but I am already excited for my results! Dr. Leila is my favorite doctor, I trust her work very much, she is accurate, honest and has a strong experience in the field of cosmetic surgery. I chose her after extensive research among Istanbul doctors and I think she is the best. I had fillers, botox, profilo and upper eyelid fat removal surgery with her and I am now in the recovery phase and I feel an improvement in the shape of my eyes every day. Although I have not reached the final result yet, I can see the improvement every day.

Leyla Arvas is by far the most educated and skilled doctor I have met for my cosmetic scar issues. She addressed all of my concerns with so much care and offered me multiple treatment plans. After just the first 2 sessions with her of bepanten injections I have noticed a major difference that no laser could replicate. And with minimal downtime. I don’t think it will take many more sessions for my issues to be resolved. For privacy reasons I will not go in depth about my treatments. I have been to many clinics over the years and none have solved my problems as fast as she has. The customer service is also amazing. I always get replied to very fast with any of my concerns. I am an international patient and I plan on flying here just for my treatments because this clinic is so good.

Dr Leyla is very professional and knows exactly what you need and acknowledges the best way to meet your goal. All the team were friendly, considerate and supportive. I love my experience and recommend it to anyone who wants to save time searching for the best plastic surgeon in Turkey . The clinic has very advanced technology. Very clean and located in the center of Istanbul . Thank you so much Dr Leyla and special thanks for the medical assistant , the interpreter and the nurse who took care of me through my recovery . They made my experience easier and more. It is a little pricy , but worth it .
