I have nothing but positive things to say about the Vanity Clinic and the entire team who supported me during my stay. I traveled from Canada to see Dr. Güray, and if I had to do it again, or if I ever need another procedure, I would return without hesitation. I received excellent support and care from the moment I arrived at the airport. I went alone, but I never felt lost or overwhelmed by what was in store for me. I quickly felt confident and in good hands with Dr. Güray, thanks to his explanations before the surgery, his expertise, and the fact that he is clearly experienced, confident, and sure of what he is doing. The procedure itself went very well, and the entire team provided excellent support, both through their involvement in my recovery and their advice for my healing and post-operative care once I was home. One of the best examples I can give of the wonderful care I received is this: I had rhinoplasty, and four days after my surgery, I had to go to the clinic unexpectedly because I had infected blisters on the tip of my nose under the tape. I immediately contacted my assigned contact person on WhatsApp, we chatted, and she also spoke with my surgeon. They arranged a transfer for me, and Dr. Güray and his assistant took the time to come to the clinic on a Saturday night at 10:00 PM to make sure there were no complications. In the end, everything was fine; it was just my skin reacting to the dressing. All this to say, the service and support were impeccable, and I am truly happy with my results and my entire experience.
