My experience with Vanity Clinic was extremely disappointing. After my labiaplasty, I filed a formal complaint because the result did not match what I was specifically assured of during the pre-operative consultation. Based on the planned incision, I was told that a significantly more delicate and harmonious appearance would be achieved when viewed from the front (standing). In reality, the result when viewed from the front is very close to the pre-operative state. The inner labia still protrude noticeably and prominently; there is no question of the "slight visibility" that was explained to me. In addition, there is a noticeable fold of tissue, which makes one labia appear distorted and creates the visual impression of a "third labia." This appearance does not correspond to the result presented during the consultation. Instead of an independent second opinion from a specialist or a serious medical re-evaluation, I was informed that revision decisions depend solely on the original surgeon—the very person whose work I was complaining about. No neutral assessment took place. It was strikingly contradictory – and incomprehensible to me – that I was explicitly asked for my consent to forward intimate pre- and post-operative photos to management, even though I was subsequently informed that any revision decisions depend solely on the original doctor. The purpose of this forwarding and the alleged review by the board or management remained completely unclear to me. My repeated requests for a specialist medical opinion with a concrete medical justification were ignored. Instead, I was given a blanket statement that subjective assessments had no bearing on the matter (which is incomprehensible in the case of an operation that serves solely the patient's physical and mental well-being – because the patient's subjective perception and satisfaction should be decisive here), that there were no alternative treatment options, and that the board had not approved a repeat operation, nor were any solutions offered – without any substantive discussion of the points I raised. What I find particularly irritating is that the patient and customer satisfaction policy advertised on the website, including a transparent complaints procedure and a commitment to improvement, was not even remotely upheld in my case. Anyone hoping for transparency, accountability, or an independent medical review in the event of legitimate criticism should know that complaints are apparently handled exclusively internally and without a second opinion. The problem for me now is that this stance forces me to seek further advice and likely undergo another surgery to achieve the result that Vanity Clinic promised me beforehand—with the corresponding additional costs and burdens. I would definitely have made a different decision today.

As a professional singer and actress, I really did my research on where to go because my look is really important for my career. I wanna look refreshed, but not overdone. I came to Turkey three years ago for my first experience at this clinic, and the care and results stayed with me long after I left. That trust is exactly why I returned again this year for my rhinoplasty and upper blepharoplasty. Unfortunately, in Canada we simply do not have this level of care or affordability. Procedures are significantly more expensive, and the wait times are extremely long. Coming to Turkey is a completely different experience. You are able to have the surgeries you want without long delays, at a much more accessible cost, and with doctors who are incredibly experienced. One thing I would highly recommend is having a thorough consultation with your surgeon and being open to their professional guidance. Sometimes what you think you need is not actually the best option, and an experienced surgeon can recommend something more suitable for your face and long term results. On top of that, you get to truly experience the city while you are here. Everything is taken care of, from airport transfers to hospital visits and accommodations. The entire process feels seamless, almost like an all inclusive package. From the medical team to the aftercare, I felt supported, safe, and genuinely cared for. I would also recommend having some support with you if possible. While I came by myself both times and it is absolutely doable, healing after surgery can be exhausting, and having someone there can make the recovery process much easier. Traveling internationally for surgery can feel intimidating, but my experiences here have been nothing but positive. I am incredibly grateful I chose to come back and would confidently recommend Turkey and this clinic to anyone considering aesthetic procedures.

Based on a recommendation, I fulfilled my long-awaited wish and had my nose done by Dr. Kadri. Yasemin was a great translator. Hazal, the nurse, was very kind and took good care of me in the vanity area. The hotel was fine. I'm very happy with the result. Dr. Kadri is such a caring doctor with a wealth of knowledge!
