Sule Hair Clinic

I went to Sule hair back in 2020 and the services were already great. I came back this year to touch up some spots as I did the first one pretty young and wanted to add a bit more density. The services were great especially their new facility and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to do a HT to go to Sule Hair.

I had my hair transplant at Sule Hair Transplant in Turkey on 07/01/2026, and I’m very satisfied with my experience so far. I’m writing this review on day 14 after the procedure, where I had 4,400 grafts done. From the beginning, communication was clear and professional. Everything was well organized, from the airport transfer to the hotel and clinic visits. The staff at the clinic were friendly, supportive, and explained each step clearly, which made me feel comfortable throughout the long procedure. The process was much easier than I expected, with minimal discomfort. Post-op instructions were clear, and the team has been responsive even after I returned home. It’s still early for final results, but healing is going well and everything looks clean and promising. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend Sule Hair Transplant.

I recently underwent a hair transplant with Sule Clinic and had an overall positive experience, particularly regarding communication, organisation, and the medical care. At the same time, I think it’s fair to say the clinic offers a mid-range, high-volume service rather than a boutique or luxury experience, which is important for future patients to understand. From my very first contact, the team was consistently responsive via WhatsApp, both before arrival and throughout my stay, which made the process feel well organised and reassuring. I would especially like to acknowledge Muh Alhafiz, who was consistently friendly, professional, and clear in explaining each stage of the process. His calm and positive manner made a real difference to my overall experience. The clinic itself operates in a structured and efficient way. Patients move through pre-operative steps such as blood tests, consultations, and hairline measurements in an organised flow. However, at times, it had a production-line feel. The medical work is largely carried out by trained technicians, with oversight from anaesthetists and plastic surgeons supervising multiple operating rooms simultaneously. While this model may not suit everyone, it is clearly well established, and I felt the care was competently and safely managed. During the procedure, any requests I made, including for additional pain relief, were addressed promptly. That said, the operating-room environment occasionally affected my comfort. There was frequent conversation in Turkish among staff, with laughter at times, which made it apparent that some personal conversations were taking place, even though others may have related to patient care. People also moved in and out of the room regularly, and the door was often left open. The bathrooms were located directly outside my operating room, and I could hear them being used when the door was open. While this may reflect a cultural difference and a busy clinical setting, it did impact my sense of privacy and focus during a long procedure. The clinic itself was clean and medical care of a high standard, but personally I would have preferred a more contained and quieter environment. The Windsor Hotel is advertised as a 5-star property but felt basic by international standards. For comparison, when I think of a more typical 5-star experience in Istanbul, hotels such as the Swissôtel Bosphorus, Shangri-La Bosphorus, or Conrad Istanbul come to mind. Airport pickup was provided, though I waited approximately 40 minutes at the meeting point despite having shared my flight details. As an experienced traveller, I would likely have chosen my own taxi had I known this in advance. However, the transfers between the hotel and clinic were reliable, and the drivers were attentive and courteous. Overall, I am satisfied with the medical service and professionalism at Sule Clinic. For patients seeking efficient, well-organised care at a competitive price point, this clinic offers good value. Those who prefer a more personalised, premium, or luxury experience may wish to explore higher-priced options. In terms of aftercare, the clinic provides clear written guidance via email, including instructions on washing, scab removal, and photo submissions through WhatsApp. While the information was informative and easy to follow, the process felt fairly generic. Communication was available when needed, but there was limited personalised follow-up, which reflects the clinic’s efficient, high-volume model rather than a more hands-on aftercare approach.

The clinic is highly professional and the staff is very helpful and kind. Every step of the preparation of the surgery is well prepared. The overall time of the surgery took around 10 hours. Also the after treatment and care is exquisit. I did an intervention, where the only shaved the sides and rear of my head. Now after 2 5 weeks, hardly anyone notices something.
