I would rate Vera Clinic very positively overall. Before the procedure, I was a bit worried because the hair transplant itself is not performed directly by doctors, but by technicians. However, the technicians were clearly very experienced and worked under constant medical supervision, so I felt safe and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Communication with Tolga was very good. I felt supported before and after the procedure, and all my questions were answered. The consultation was detailed, and because I had a previous episode of anesthesia during another surgery, the medical team treated me with extra caution during anesthesia, which I really appreciated. The procedure was painful at the beginning, but once the anesthesia took effect, it became manageable and I was even able to fall asleep. The most intense discomfort came during the first 3–4 days after the transplant, which I believe is normal for a large procedure. Aftercare was well organized. I received clear instructions on how to use the products I purchased at the clinic. They also offer supplements and topical products, although in my opinion similar products with comparable ingredients can be found cheaper in pharmacies, so this is a personal choice. Follow-up consultations are done via WhatsApp, where you send photos and receive responses, which works well. Post-op washing, oxygen therapy, and laser therapy were included. Oxygen therapy felt more like an additional bonus, but it is hard to judge its real medical impact. During my stay, I was offered an additional regenerative treatment. A small piece of skin was taken from the side of my scalp, processed into a cell-rich solution, and then injected into areas with existing thinning hair. The goal was to support my native hair and help slow down further hair loss. I decided to proceed with this treatment. It is still too early to evaluate its effectiveness. Organization was definitely a strong point. Transfers, timing, and logistics worked smoothly. One thing that could be improved is clearer communication about who will contact the patient after arrival at the hotel, as this person is different from the initial coordinator. It would also help to clearly inform patients whether food is provided at the clinic on treatment days. The hotel standard was high, the food was very good, and overall comfort was excellent. I did notice a sewage smell in my room at one point, but I believe this was just an unfortunate coincidence. Overall, I am very satisfied with Vera Clinic and would recommend it to others. While the clinic treats many patients per day, it never felt like a production line. There is clearly enough experienced staff to maintain quality and individual care.

There are many good places in turkey for hair treatment. That being said, VERA was a great experience and I would recommend this clinic and its staff to anyone seeking hair transplant. Dr Aydin’s knowledge and experience made the consultation seamless. My translator Yamen was exceptional. Her patience and attentiveness comforted a lot of the apprehension.
