I had a hair transplant at Smile Hair Clinic and I was very satisfied with the process. The procedure was performed using only the FUE technique, and the frontal area was planned conservatively. When designing the hairline, a natural look and the possibility of future hair loss were taken into consideration. The operation process was carried out very carefully by Dr. Firdavs, Ms. Aslı, and their team. I thank them all for their efforts and attention. I also think the center's per-session pricing system is a significant plus; there was no feeling of a commercial approach in graft harvesting, only the necessary amount of grafts were taken. The donor area was carefully controlled. The post-operative care products provided were high-quality, and I was clearly informed about what to do and when. No discrimination was made between local and foreign patients; everyone received equal attention. The patient experience team was also attentive throughout the process, and I was easily able to reach them with my questions. Overall, I was satisfied with both the team and the process.

First of all, the place is attractive with professional-looking staff ready to greet you while having your paperwork ready. You feel valued as a customer. Everything is efficient, and before you know it, you're meeting with your surgeon to determine the best course of action. The process is clearly explained and I was encouraged to ask questions. The technicians were clearly experienced and very fast. I expected a 6 hour procedure, and I was finished in 3. Clear written instructions were provided in my aftercare package which have been very helpful in my week after. I've had 4 prior hair transplants and this was my first in Turkey. I cannot recommend Smile highly enough.

I would like to say that everything went perfectly. From the very first communication, to the transportation service from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the clinic, everything was extremely well organized. The staff was highly professional, kind, and always attentive. I felt comfortable and well taken care of at every moment. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who needs it, and I am extremely happy with the result.

Overall a really good experience with Smile. Stared off rocky with nobody to meet me at the airport from Smile but the rest of the transport over the few days was excellent. The day of the procedure and day after, the process is very well organised. The team at reception, the main doctor, the others were very professional with clear communication and a calmness that put me at ease. Small hiccup and discomfort due to a language barrier with the anesthetist but the rest of the day went smoothly. Personally for me the day two aftercare, communications with the team and transport made the issues the days before trivial. The aftercare on WhatsApp when I returned home has been top notch, professional, informative and a clear understanding communicated kindly.
