I came to Quartz Clinic for liposuction and I was very pleased with the process. The clinic was very clean and the team was very professional. In particular, assistant Mrs. Gizem was very attentive and helpful with everything. I recommend them.

I had the procedure done, the initial welcome was nice. When I went for a check-up 15 days later, I was kept waiting for an hour. Then we went to the doctor's room for a check-up. He looked at it and said, "Okay, I need to do a lip filler," and left. I didn't understand anything. I had questions about the blemishes, but I couldn't ask them. Did the procedure work? Is there anything I need to do? So many questions in my head...

Not client centered. I believe there is a reasonable threshold for what clients can expect, especially when those expectations have been clearly communicated and agreed upon. I strongly feel that the current economic pressure in the country is indirectly influencing the decisions and choices being made for clients. I am disappointed with Quartz, and particularly with Dr. Layla. At the same time, I am not surprised by the high turnover rate among doctors and reception staff at the office.
