I had crowns and veneers done at Omar Dental in Istanbul**, and overall I’m very happy with my experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My doctor was Dr. Şeymawho was incredibly professional, gentle, and detail-oriented. She really took her time to make sure my smile looked natural and beautiful. Her assistant *was also wonderful – very kind, patient, and always there to help during each step of the process. Fulya was amazing as well, super caring and supportive, and of course Roniwho I already knew as a salesman, was very friendly and helpful in explaining everything clearly. One of the highlights was the **VIP treatment** – the **pick-up and drop-off from my hotel** made the whole experience so much easier and more comfortable, especially being in a different country. The only downside** for me was the scheduling**. They usually told me the exact appointment time only the day before which made it difficult to plan other activities in advance. If they improved this part and confirmed times earlier, it would be absolutely perfect. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my crowns and veneers and the care I received, and I would recommend Omar Dental to others looking for treatment in Istanbul.

I am USAmerican and was badly injured in an accident in September. I chipped my two front teeth, and because US healthcare is horrible, struggled with significant delays in dental treatment. The final straw was when my insurance denied my request for two crowns, despite the fact that I could not bite or chew with my front teeth. Well, a week before a family vacation to Istanbul, I learned that there is advanced, affordable dentistry in the city. Our tour guide recommended the Omer clinic. Not only were they able to book me immediately, they jumped through hoops to complete all my requested treatments during my short 4-day stay. After 4 months of severe pain, disabled eating, and insecurities with my face, I am overjoyed to be back to normal. More details about the process: Staff communicated with me directly over Whatsapp. A wonderful translator, Fofana, guided me through every step, and helped negotiate a treatment plan for me. The doctor did an initial filing the day after I arrived in the city and took a mold for two zirconium crowns. The crowns were ready in two days. The morning before I left Istanbul, I was able to try the crowns on, but the color did not look very natural. So, they sent it back to the lab, and three hours later a more natural-colored crown was ready. I was impressed by how quick the turnaround was, and how flexible they were with the color swap. Then, they painlessly installed the crowns, took another x-ray, and I was done--all for $200 per tooth! Please please please visit this clinic if you're having dental issues. My advice: Make sure to book well in advance, and plan to be there for at least two weeks. Do your research about the difference between each type of crown. Pay in cash if you're able. I already had my own hotel and transportation arranged, but the clinic can do that for you too, take the opportunity for sure. I can't say enough good things about the incredible team at Omer. I am so happy looking at my reflection again, and I can't stop smiling! This is the best decision I possibly could have made. My love to all the staff!

Her attention to detail is exceptional, and her caring nature made the whole process smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does — and my new smile proves it. A huge thank you as well to Fofana and Fulya, who became like family to me throughout this journey. Their support, communication, and kindness were on another level. They made everything easy, from the first consultation to the final result. The clinic itself is spotless and modern, and being just 4 minutes from the hotel made the whole experience even more convenient. Every single member of staff — from the receptionist to the dental assistants — was warm, professional, and truly committed to making my day better. Omg I ran across there advertising on Fb! Started the what’s ap with Merve! She was the best from day one! Explained the entire process from start to beginning! I was of course nervous and scared to travel out of the Us to have any procedure. I can still hear her voice when she called “ no need worry we will take care of you” lol As the date approached sooner Merve reached out to me almost every day with continuous support! She sent me several hotels too choose from! The day of my arrival Merve continued to call to make sure I see transportation that was waiting right outside the door for me! The hotel very nice and location was perfect! First clinic visit I was sweating I was so nervous! But the clinic provided me a translator the entire stay. He greeting me so kind and professional, the clinic absolutely stunning clean. Everyone was friendly and welcoming! The doctors are top notch! They explained every step and made sure I was comfortable! I will say a couple parts of getting the crowns did hurt, but they provided pain medicine to assist with pain or discomfort. Merve followed up with me everyday to see if there was anything I needed! This entire process was live Changing! This was a great In vestment. I would definitely recommend Omar Instanbul dental clinic! They walked me through the procedure day by day! To be honest it was just a little pain but they managed it completely! I am so happy with my new smile!

The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and has such a calm, comfortable atmosphere — it really helped ease my nerves. My medical consultant contact from London was Zaho from the very beginning, she was very helpful with costings and explaining everything in detail, with images and videos to help me choose and make my decision to use Omer Istanbul, booking the Hotel which was close to the Clinic and organising the airport transfer.. Once arriving in Istanbul we was greeted with the team and medical Consultant Fafona was with us all through the treatment explaining the process of the treatment and translating with any issues we might have.. He was absolutely fantastic and made us feel comfortable.. Dr. Merve, the dental surgeon, was absolutely amazing. She explained everything clearly, made sure I felt at ease the whole time, and was incredibly gentle and professional. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. I left feeling so happy with my treatment and a great Smile, I’m happy with final result with my teeth as it looks so natural and was really impressed by the level of care I received. I can’t recommend Omer Istanbul enough — if you’re looking for a dental clinic with exceptional service and a team you can trust, this is definitely the place to go!!
