I had a rhinoplasty procedure with Dr. Mustafa Nuhut, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. He was very professional and took the time to explain every step clearly before the surgery. The medical staff were kind and supportive, and the follow-up care was well organized. I’m truly happy with the final result — my nose looks natural and fits my facial features perfectly. I highly recommend him to anyone considering nose surgery.

I am super disappointed with the attitude of the assistants, Nelly, Suzy, Laura and Martina! Extremely incorrect and disorganized! I regret having my rhinoplasty done at your clinic! Nurullah Seyhun's attitude is on point, he is a very good person and does his job well, but his assistants are super incompetent! Do not have your rhinoplasty done at this clinic! Because they did not explain to me that after my surgery I would have to wear a patch and retainer for 1 month, and one of the assistants told me to take them off on the 8th day. Now I have to have a 2nd surgery because my results are terrible!

A very bad and unprofessional experience from start to finish. I encountered charges for tests that I never received and for fees that were not clearly disclosed to me beforehand. I was also asked to make the remaining payment in a way that felt informal and inappropriate for a medical clinic. Communication was slow, inconsistent, and at times unclear. This level of service fell far below my expectations — I do not recommend this clinic at all.

When I called this morning, they gave me an appointment for 8:30 PM. Even though I was there at 8:30 PM, I waited for an hour and 45 minutes, leaving me the last one in the waiting room after a total of 20 people arrived before and after me. The doctor left without seeing me, knowing I was there, or examining me?! I heard him say, "I'm sleepy, I'm leaving." I can't understand how disrespectful this is. It's like a prank. What's the point of leaving without seeing a patient who's waiting for an appointment? Since Mr. Emre had already left, his assistant was supposed to meet with me and share his notes with Mr. Emre later. When I refused, they told me Emre was angry and left. I guess I was the only one who showed up after 20 people. What kind of disrespect is this? You don't have any respect for your patient, but don't you also have any respect for your job? I organize my work, wait two hours, and then he leaves without even seeing me. I was stunned by how indifferent this was. Then, the next day, one of his assistants texted me to apologize for the previous night and then to schedule an appointment for a week later! The doctor, who left me waiting for an hour and a half that evening, knowing I was there without seeing me, then rescheduled me for a week later. Of course, I told his assistant I would never go there again. How could I trust a doctor who has such disrespect for his patients and undergo surgery?! This is what ego and lack of respect for their profession mean, I suppose. I'm writing this here because I think everyone should be aware of this disrespect when researching doctors. I'd also like to add that I posted this complaint on Instagram, and they deleted the situation I experienced.

I had the best experience with dr Nurullah Seyhun. Hands down the greatest choice for doctor out there.
