He performed my first nose surgery at Gazi Hospital. Even immediately after the surgery, it was so obvious there was a problem. When I went back, they said it was related to swelling and sent me away. After a year, it got even worse. It had nothing to do with swelling, I don't understand how I trusted him. I went back and had another surgery. It was slightly better than the first, but there was still something strange. My nose looked tiny on my face. I was so scared that I thought I would just have to manage with this nose. After 4 years, my nose drooped, it was as if it didn't exist at all. Besides the appearance, I couldn't breathe. I had my third surgery (revision) for what I consider a fortune. Thank God I'm happy now, but I can't even begin to describe the harm Dr. Serhan unknowingly caused me, both financially and emotionally.

In October 2016, I underwent nasal surgery at Medicana Hospital due to breathing difficulties. A year later, my problem persisted (I was breathing better before the surgery). Dr. Serhan referred me to Gazi University for a second operation. He operated on me again in October 2017. Three months later, the result was again unsuccessful... My quality of life has significantly decreased. Breathing is life, as you know. I am now seeking a third operation and a new doctor. I do not recommend him.
