Great experience throughout, definitely recommend Dr. Cem and his team. I researched several doctors prior to deciding on Dr. Cem, and am so happy with my decision. From my initial contact with Dr. Cem's assistant, Simge, the whole process was super smooth. Simge coordinated everything (transportation, hotel, all follow-up appointments). Traveling to another country for surgery is stressful in itself but Simge made it a lot less stressful. Her calming and sweet manner was much appreciated. Simge was always there to help. There were times I reached out to her in the middle of the night, she was always available. I can't stress enough, just what a huge help she was. I was impressed with Dr. Cem's work prior to meeting him but after meeting him, I had even more confidence in him. After asking exactly what I was looking to achieve, Dr. Cem explained my options and surgery was scheduled for the next day. As a healthcare worker myself, I was extremely impressed with the hospital and overall care I received in the hospital. The hospital was new, modern and immaculate. Nurses were attentive, helpful and compassionate. We stayed at Antwell Hotel while recovering. The hotel specifically caters to people "post procedures", so no stress walking around bruised and bandaged. It was so comforting not having to hide or feel self conscious. I am just over 2 weeks post op and continue to heal but can already see that I will be very happy with my results. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Cem and his team to anyone looking to have cosmetic work done. Thank you Dr. Cem and Singe!!!

⭐ 1 STAR – UNPROFESSIONAL, MISLEADING, AND FINANCIALLY ABUSIVE This clinic should be avoided at all costs, especially by international patients. My sister and I traveled to Istanbul specifically for surgery at this clinic, based on their confirmations, instructions, and scheduling. I was clearly told how to send payment and followed their directions exactly. The wire transfer was sent on the day of my scheduled surgery, with full proof provided. Despite this, when I arrived in person and ready for surgery, they refused to proceed because the wire had not yet “arrived” in their account — even though international wires commonly take time and this was entirely known in advance. In person, I was told not to worry and that I would be rescheduled, with Monday offered as the alternative. After days of waiting and stress, they then told me they are not even sure they will take me at all. What made this experience even worse was the financial pressure and changing terms: • I was told that if I did not pay by wire, I would be charged DOUBLE the price • On top of that, they demanded an additional 15% “tax” • I was pressured to either bring cash immediately or pay far more, after already sending money in good faith This felt less like a medical clinic and more like a financial trap for foreign patients. There was: • No clear scheduling • No accountability • No empathy for international patients who planned flights, hotels, recovery time, and finances • Constant changes in price and conditions I was left stranded in a foreign country, extremely stressed, and forced to find alternatives after already transferring money and building my entire trip around this surgery. If you are considering this clinic for cosmetic surgery or medical tourism: DO NOT TAKE THE RISK. There are many reputable clinics in Istanbul — this is not one of them.

I’ll start by saying that I’ve never had any work done on my face so this was a scary move for me to make but my double chin is inherited and therefore has bothered me for 20 years. I did a year of research and kept procrastinating because I was scared of landing on a butcher of a doctor. I went to real self and all I saw was 5 stars for Doctor Cem Berkay. I read his reviews and was immediately put at ease. Clinic location – It’s very close to public transportation. The clinic is immaculate and spacious. Very nicely decorated, I felt right at home. Its very cozy and inviting unlike many clinics which have a hospital vibe. Arrival – I was greeted by the lovely Simge. The lady I had corresponded with for weeks. The one responsible for my final decision to book this clinic. Simge is just a very lovely human being inside out. She’s extremely attentive and very professional. She was responding to my queries whatever time, day or night. Gave clear instructions & offered assistance whenever I needed it. When I met her, I wasn’t surprised because she was even more lovely in person than on text. I felt like I was talking to my small sister 😊. If I could I would put her in my suitcase and bring her home to Dubai 😃 I also met her colleague, Ozlem who did a fantastic job with checking up on me with her big smile. Ever so friendly and sweet. What a lovely team Dr Cem has. Exceptional ladies with an exceptional boss. Dr Cem – I bumped into him in at a café before my appointment and quickly recognized him. He’s super kind, friendly, gentle. At the clinic he gave me the chance to ask as many questions as I wanted and I knew I was in very safe hands. He also educated me on the process. Dr Cem’s rates are also very reasonable, he’s also not interested in selling you the most expensive and unnecessary procedures like many doctors do. He lets you know your expectations and is very honest. I had a double chin and laser Endolift and in two days I was back to my normal self with very little pain. Just normal bruising and swelling but that’s expected. He did a fantastic job, because even with my swelling, I still saw the difference and cant wait for the final result For a doctor to be that involved as the body and soul of the clinic shows his passion for making a difference in people’s lives. He has raised the clinics standards to greater levels as he sets the bar high for himself and others and I’m sure everyone who meets him will comprehend why and appreciate his efforts. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for making my experience memorable. This was the first visit and definitely not the last! I wholeheartedly recommend this doctor and his staff. His ratings are very well justified on every level!! I could give 100 stars if I could! 1,000% recommended, trust me he’s the BEST!!!

Before choosing Dr. Cem Berkay Sinací's clinic, I took the time to contact around ten clinics in Istanbul for upper eyelid surgery. Most offered me the procedure without a thorough analysis. Only two doctors, including Dr. Cem Berkay Sinací, explained to me that my problem wasn't really my eyelids, but rather my sagging eyebrows. Dr. Cem Berkay Sinací stood out for his professionalism, attentiveness, and clear explanations. He took the time to explain the situation in detail and answer all my questions, which immediately gave me confidence in his expertise. The welcome was also impeccable: the receptionist is warm, helpful, and very professional. She kindly guided me throughout the process, which made the experience even more pleasant and reassuring.
