Luna Clinic Turkey

I had breast augmentation on 1st October 2025 and the surgery was performed by Dr Ramazan Guler at Luna Clinic, Istanbul. Unfortunately the breast augmentation was not successful. Before I flew home I attended the clinic to have a final check-up and was accompanied by my sister. She was made aware of the injury around the right breast and nipple area and questioned this. The surgeon who performed the surgery was not concerned and stated that it was a build-up of blood as a result of the trauma from the surgery and this will disappear and reduce in time. However, once I was home and a few weeks post op the area became severely infected and after several trips to my GP for antibiotics I decided to attend A&E as the infected area was getting worse. After examination I was then referred to the Breast Unit and was informed that I would have to undergo further surgery to have the implant in the infected breast removed and I would also lose my nipple due to Necrosis caused by negligence by Luna Clinic. I contacted the clinic in Istanbul but I didn't receive a reply and I needed to have the surgery as soon as possible. I have now had the implant removed and am recovering from this but still have to attend my local hospital for dressing changes and had to have a drainage attached to my breast to remove the infection. There was no aftercare provided by Luna Clinic, I have had no follow up calls or emails enquiring about the surgery and to ask if there were any complications which there clearly was. I defy any surgeon in the world to not know about dead tissue loss and the fact that Dr Ramazan Guler sent me home with the full knowledge that I had Necrosis in my nipple astounds me. I am deeply disappointed in my results after the breast augmentation and having to undergo further surgery only six weeks later to have the implant removed is unacceptable. Because I will now have to undergo further reconstructive surgery in the UK to have the right breast corrected this is causing me further stress and is having a profound effect on my mental health. I have taken photos for evidence and the NHS hospital where I am an outpatient have also gathered photo and other evidence too. My advice is to avoid this clinic for any cosmetic procedure as I would not want anyone to go through the same traumatic experience I have.

I had bariatric surgery and appreciated that the nutritionist explained the post-op diet before I booked. In the clinic, the nurses were gentle and proactive about pain control. Follow-up calls kept me on track the first few weeks.

Wonderful place. Dr Tugce did my nose and Dr Gurhan did my breast implant removal and rebuilt my breast as well as doing my tummy tuck with liposuction. The coordinators Maria and Alex, hotel, drivers were all amazing x I love the results! I was so worried but Dr Gurhan explained everything to me about the drains, pain relief and I felt as I could trust them!! Great results with the nose, boobs and tummy x Thank you 😍👃❤️👍

10/10 I had the lovely Dr Songül Dursan for a piezo rhinoplasty and I can reccomend her with full confidence she really cares about her patients and the results. Book in with her if you want a surgeon who is lovely, talented and caring :) Hospital was clean and staff were attentive and helpful :) (Also its in a nice location)

Disgusting attitude that I received from this company. It took a very long time to wait for a response from Anastasia consultant. And only when I went directly to the Luna clinic, with a complaint, only then did this consultant appear. I had to wait for an answer for more than a week. I am also dissatisfied with the attitude of the Luna clinic. It seems that customers are not important and not necessary for them. I asked to change the consultant, but this never happened. As a result, the correspondence lasted more than a month, of which time, there was more waiting for an answer and ended in nothing. I wasted my time and had to look for another consulting firm and clinic.
