Hello, I am Prof. Dr., born on November 17, 2025. I had upper eyelid surgery with Professor Furkan Karabekmez under local anesthesia in a clinical setting. Before this process, I did a lot of research, read many reviews, and listened to many comments because ultimately, the eyes don't tolerate mistakes. I asked a few questions to put my mind at ease, and finally, I made an appointment for an examination and, if suitable, the procedure. When we arrived, Professor Furkan's nurse, Gamze Çevik, greeted us. Her smiling face, respect, and sincere answers to our questions reassured me. We met Professor Furkan; his humility, sincerity, and perfectionism in his work showed me that I was in the right place. After the examination, he decided that surgery was necessary. An injection was given to my eye, and the procedure began. I listened to every step of the process; it was finished in about 45 minutes. His other valuable nurse, Şebnem Şahin, who accompanied me during the operation, added the final touches, completing a procedure I had feared I could never have done. After the surgery, I applied ice; there was swelling and bruising for the first three days, which is normal, but I didn't experience any pain, and it didn't interfere with my work. Today marks exactly one month. Looking back a few years in the mirror... Feeling happy is the most beautiful feeling in the world. Knowing that we are in the right hands and trusting that we can experience these feelings is very important to us. My doctor also performed the Botox procedure. If you are looking for a doctor who does their job properly, I definitely recommend you consult with Professor Furkan. I am sharing this with a clear conscience so that I can have a chance to express my gratitude, however small. If I can give less than one star or negative marks, I would. I would not recommend this doctor at all for anyone. I been trying to setup a meeting with him and requested it many times, and his team member been ignoring my requests and claiming she can explain the process. I asked many questions, and she did not answer most of them, and she did not even explained the reasons and the logic behind her answers. Do not waste your time going to this doctor, go to someone else who is willing to give you time to meet you before your surgery because he will give you time after the surgery. A doctor who is not willing to meet you before the surgery, I doubt it he will have time for you after doing your surgery.

My mother suffered from seventh nerve failure for four years and after several attempts at physical therapy and cosmetic treatments we did not get the appropriate result, but after coming to Turkey we found the solution with Dr. Furkan as he provided us with the best method of treatment at the best price and the best service and for this I strongly recommend him as a person who had a unique and distinctive experience with him and his team. I had blepharoplasty done by Prof. Dr. Furkan Karabekmez almost nine months back. I am still looking for a proper surgeon who can help me with the weird hole left on the corner of my eye and the scar on the upper side of the eye lid after Prof. Dr. Furkan’s surgery. Funny part was Prof. Dr. Furkan, who was able to see every little problem on my face (even the ones that I did not notice myself) before the surgery claimed the hole was not visible to him. And the schocking part was that he “graciously” offered to cut it again albeit noting that he does not know why the hole has occurred and whether cutting it will make it any better.

prof. Furkan , i think he is one of the best plastic surgeons i have ever seen,good hands,good morals and ethics,good brain. i am so proud of prof furkan
