Five stars to the Esteticha family, and ten stars to Ms. Özlem Parlu and my doctor, Mr. Sinan :) I contacted Ms. Özlem for my BLB surgery, and she was so attentive, caring, kind, and sincere throughout the planning, reception, surgery process, and aftermath. She honestly and politely tells me everything that will or won't happen. I had a painless BLB surgery. The nurses and caregivers at the hospital also make you feel at home; they are smiling and kind. I am completely satisfied with my surgery and the entire care I received at this clinic. From the very first moment, I felt I was in excellent hands. The nurses were incredibly warm, attentive, and always helpful. The assigned coordinator/interpreter also took wonderful care of me, was always available, and explained everything clearly. The doctor was highly competent, professional, and yet approachable – I immediately felt comfortable with him. The food was also excellent and contributed to my overall well-being during my stay. Most importantly, I am extremely pleased with the results of the surgery so far. All in all, it was a thoroughly positive experience. I would recommend this clinic without hesitation and would choose it again. Thank you to the entire team!
