I sent a message to the number with the company logo via the WhatsApp number provided on the official website, but received no reply. Then I sent a photo; it was seen and sent, but still no response.

The service i recieved today was fantastic, from the moment i was collected by the driver right through to my surgery. The hair surgery team were brilliant and I want to give a special thank you to Saimir. I honestly cannot thank Saimir enough for everything he did for me. I was anxious and worried about the procedure but Saimir took his time to explain everything to me clearly and patiently making sure i understood. He constantly checked in on me, reassured me and made sure i was comfortable throughout the process. His commitment, support and care made a huge difference. I will always be grateful for this. I would definitely recommend Este Medical Group to everyone worldwide. They look after clients worldwide here and offer outstanding service which is exactly what you want when you go through a big procedure!

I was impressed with the staff. They all work toghether so well. My friend went here and so did I. I wasn't exactly sure what to expect but they made it easy. Pick you up Drop you off book your hotel and everything. Like I said I was impressed with their team. They worked on my transplant until 11pm at night 4 team members giving me the attention that my procedure needed. Went like clock work. Easy communication with Kamyl and Efe. They speak English well.

Highly recommend the wonderful team of Este Clinic. They coordinated my entire trip from airport pick up to drop off. Prior to the operation, the medical team set expectations clear and went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. They also provided post-op follow ups and guidance. 11/10 recommended
