From the very first virtual pre-appointment, everything was extremely well organized and clearly explained. During that initial online consultation, we had lots of questions, and every single one was addressed thoroughly. Follow-up information was promptly sent afterward, which gave me even more confidence in moving forward. When we arrived for the in-person consultation, I was immediately impressed. The office was welcoming and professional, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and focused on making sure we felt comfortable. It truly felt like we were in very capable hands. On the day of the procedure, the team made Matthew feel safe and at ease. They even offered options for entertainment to help pass the time during the transplant. The staff worked tirelessly to complete the entire procedure in one sitting, demonstrating incredible dedication and professionalism. What truly sets Dr. Ulusan Clinic apart is the follow-up care. It was unmatched. Dr. Ulusan and the team were with us every step of the way, responding to any concerns or questions immediately — even with the time difference. They had a translator available, so communication was always clear and seamless. Dr. Ulusan personally followed up daily at first, and the attentiveness and empathy shown throughout the recovery process were exceptional. Many healthcare professionals could learn from their prompt and compassionate approach. Matthew was in his mid-40s when his receding hairline became very noticeable, making him look years older than he felt. After the healing process, his hair began growing in fully, and the results have been amazing. His hair now looks like it did in his 20s. The improvement in my appearance has been tremendous, and it has significantly boosted his self-esteem. We highly recommend Dr. Ulusan Clinic and have already referred friends and family members. If you are considering a hair transplant, this clinic delivers outstanding care, professionalism, and results.

Great communication before and after the operations via WhatsApp in English. Really easy and good planing of the appointment, transfers and hotel. Hairline design sadly not as professional and precise as expected like shown in their videos. Therefore the result is not good enough like hoped. I unfortunately do not recommend this clinic.

After long search period for SMP pigmentation I decided to collaborate with this place and I finished 1st session (3 or 4 sessions will happen in total). I am fully satisfied for their service so far. Communication with staff is super clean, open and satisfying. They share their ideas according to your head and hair types besides full details about process. One of the key point is: both doctors (Sibel and Zafer) are medical doctors besides their hair transplant expertise with great esthetics visions. In my understanding SMP pigmentation has 2 main components as medical and esthetic so they cover both. They work with great patience and openness. It is fully recommended and I will update my comment after upcoming sessions. Very much appreciated for their service.

I have recently gone through the hair transplant surgery with them. The support you receive with every single step is so professional and reassuring. I asked 100s of different questions at pre operation stage and they always answered my concerns with a satisfactory answer. On the operation day, I literally didn’t have to worry about anything. All the staff were so professional and understanding. They guided and informed me with every single step. After the operation, you receive a comprehensive and extensive support package along with hair care manual which is very detailed. I still ask question sometimes even for little things and still receive post operation help. Thank you so much for all the help and support. They are Highly recommend👍
