I underwent surgery at the Yaman Clinic on November 11th for a right-sided septal deviation. After a full 79 days, not only does the deviation persist, but they also shortened my left nostril, which was already narrower, and they refuse to admit their mistake, operate on me again, or even compensate me, even though I now look like the Hunchback of Notre Dame and my life is ruined. Highly discouraged.

My experience with Dr. Resul Yaman and his staff has been absolutely fantastic. I started contacting them a month before my surgery and I was in touch with patient coordinator Doga. Doga was very responsive and helped me through the whole process. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Yaman did my initial consultation explaining the whole thing and also suggested the best way forward. He did the hairline design himself. He guided his team of technicians for extraction and implantation and also supervised their work from time to time. Technicians were very cordial and helpful. They are employed by the clinic. Dr. Yaman performed the channel opening himself. For my case, I had two back to back days of surgery and I needed beard extraction as well. Dr. Yaman did the beard extraction himself. After the second surgery, I got a document of full post operative care, medicines, shampoo, ointments and Doga verbally explained everything to me. Now I have to wait and see how the result show up and hoping for the best.
