I’m sharing my experience so others can be fully informed before surgery. This review is not meant to discourage people from using their services but patients deserve the full picture of what to expect. I originally wanted to give them 5 stars. First, the positives: The space is beautiful, and the technicians (Batoul, Nour and translator Yarn) were truly excellent. Their skill and kindness were the highlight of the whole process. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the sedation made everything manageable. However, almost everything outside the operating room was a failure of communication and organization. 1. Extremely limited doctor interaction & no long-term planning The doctor saw me for two minutes, changed my plan from 2000 grafts to 4000, and suggested lowering my hairline (I refused). Even after refusing, they still harvested 4000 grafts and focused them all in the front with no discussion about future hair loss. from my understanding people only have give and take 8000-7000 grafts total in their lifetime. A responsible clinic helps patients plan ahead. This clinic fixed the immediate issue without thinking about the long-term picture. 2. Implantation shape not matching my request the edge of where the transplant eded is a straight line instead of a soft gradient. you can see that new area is thick and behind It thin makes me wonder what would it look like when I lose more hair. 3. Upselling mid-payment with unclear consent While I was paying, someone came in to upsell me extras such as Regenera Activa, from $1000 “discounted” to $500. He said they take “a few hairs.” In reality, they took three 2.5mm skin punches, leaving actual holes in my scalp. I was not aware this would be done, and it was never explained clearly. This is a major consent issue. Final thoughts - For a clinic that treats 35+ clients a day, this level of disorganization is alarming. - The technicians were amazing, and the graft work itself looks promising. But everything around the surgery ( communication, planning, scheduling, informed consent) urgently needs improvement. I’m sharing this so people walk in fully aware, ask the right questions, and advocate for themselves. With better organization and clearer communication, this clinic could truly be top-tier.

Process was extremely easy! And everyone was very friendly. My pick up/drop from the airport, clinic, and hotel were all setup and I received texted of times and location of pickup a day before. The clinic was fantastic and everyone was so nice and helpful including Dr.Acar! Would recommend Cosmedica to anyone who asked based on the experience I had the last few days.

I had my hair transplant done at this clinic and my experience has been excellent so far. The clinic staff is extremely friendly, caring, and professional. Even though there may be multiple patients at the clinic at the same time, the entire process—from blood work to the final implantation—was handled very carefully and with great attention to detail. The nurses constantly checked in on me throughout the procedure and made sure I was comfortable at all times, which I truly appreciated. Their care and reassurance made the whole experience much easier and stress-free. I just had my procedure done today, so it will take some time to see the final results, but I’m confident the implanted hair will turn out just as lovely and full as the dedication and effort shown by the clinic staff. They really go above and beyond to make your entire trip and treatment smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Smooth, professional experience from start to finish I recently had a hair transplant at Cosmedica, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and seamless. From the moment I was picked up at the airport to the final completion of the procedure, everything was handled with impressive professionalism. The staff are exceptionally attentive, ensuring you are happy at every stage and taking the time to answer any questions. I want to give a special thanks to Sude and Büsra, the two ladies who performed my surgery. They were amazing—not only did they ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure, but they also did a great job of keeping my mind off the surgery itself. It is still early days (just one week post-op), but the service was top-notch and I’m looking forward to seeing the final results. Highly recommend!
