I had a very positive experience overall. The communication was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional—especially the translator, who was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The dentist who carried out the work spoke limited English, but it wasn’t an issue at all; everything was handled professionally and with care. The clinic was clean and well maintained, and I felt comfortable throughout my treatment. I had teeth whitening done, one crown placed on root canal, and a few fillings, and I’m very happy with the results. The only small downside was that the person who did my initial consultation did not end up doing my dental work. I also wasn’t introduced to the dentist beforehand or informed that this would be the process, which would have helped with reassurance and knowing exactly what to expect. Aside from that, I was very happy with everything and would recommend this clinic for their professionalism, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

We would NOT recommend this clinic to ANYONE! It's like a live bazaar! They're only looking for ways to rip people off! So rude and dishonest! The one woman who speaks to someone so rudely is so unprofessional and condescending! Please, people, avoid this clinic! And filter for negative reviews, then you'll see how many people have had bad experiences there! Unless they've been deleted! I'm so disappointed!

Addendum!!! to my previous review! I am adding to my previous review based on my personal experience after the treatment. After only about one month, the upper row of crowns on my upper canines came loose. I had them re-cemented in Germany at considerable expense, as my health insurance did not cover these costs. After about six months, two crowns on my lower canines also broke! With a full set of crowns, I had expected significantly greater durability and stability. Due to the problems I encountered, I decided to have all my crowns completely replaced at a different clinic. This review reflects my individual experience. In my opinion, the long-term result did not meet my expectations. Previous review: Super satisfied! Everything was handled professionally from start to finish. I highly recommend them 👍🏻 My teeth look really good, just as I wanted! Thank you, Dentavrasya 💪🏻
