Extremely disappointed with my experience trying to plan a hair transplant with Pekiner. After sending the requested photos, they essentially ghosted me. Multiple follow-up messages over several weeks went unanswered or received only vague replies with no actual information. If they can't handle basic communication during the consultation phase, how can they be trusted with post-operative care?

Beyond his professionalism, you'll find someone polite, helpful, attentive, and ready to meet your needs. When I first went to him, I asked him that I wanted the most natural and fullest effect possible, and that no one should tell me, "Did you have a hair transplant?" To this question, he said, "Trust me." I've had three transplants. Today, every morning when I look at myself in the mirror, I thank him.

Sadly despite multiple messages since 29th April and providing photos they asked me for, I spent over 2 weeks in hotels in Ankara without any real communication or feedback waiting just to know if I could be seen. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I heard a lot about this doctor but I’m afraid his office/staff/representatives are a shambles. It is now almost 1 month and still nothing... Can’t trust an operation that fails at the first stage. Sorry.

Just got back from a 1500 FUE surgery with DR Pekiner, experience was outstanding, listens, and advises on he's honest opionon even though could of done extra for more money, very ethical and great doctor, wish i had my first 3 surgeries with him first if what i knew now!

Doctor with a deep sense of ethic and aesthetic, excellent staff, absolutely suggested!
