VK Smile Studio Dental Clinic

From the first visit to the final fitting the service has been first class. They communicated via whatsapp all the way through my journey. Once in turkey I was chauffeured from the airport to my hotel (included in the package) and to and from the clinic (not always required as the hotel was close). The staff were top notch from the scans in London to my treatment in Antalya. I cannot speak highly enough for their work. 1 st class from start to end

From booking to completing the treatment for my teeth - service was exceptional! Communication is briliant, all questions answered. I have 3 implants, teeth look stunning and super natural. Dentist is very good - has a good knowledge and happy to help with anything. All staff is amazing, so friendly, I felt like visiting family. I absolutely do recommend it!

I would not recommend vk smile they cemented my teeth on to a bar instead of screwing them in. I have just came back from vk smile turkey after having all on 4 upper and lower. What i have found the first visit was they were telling everyone they needed bone graft. when they asked me i told them i did not need bone graft they said you do, i refused so they then offered it me for half the price, i still refused because i checked with my dentist back home and i did not need bone graft only a few people need bone graft for all on 4 or 6 treatment but everyone was paying extra up to 1000 pound because they were told they needed it. 2nd visit i had my final teeth put in and they looked great.They came down and asked me to put a review on trustpilot so i let them put it on because i never had my glasses he used ai to come up with a review. This is how they get there ratings up by getting you to put a comment straight away.So after having my final teeth done i went back to the hotel and after a few hours i had a crusty cob when i felt some think had cracked on the right side and after a while the right side started hurting i phoned the dentist person and they said they would get in touch with the dentist and would ring me back no one got back to me so i asked the driver who was dropping some passengers off if he could drop me up there he rang them and said ok. When i got there some body had a look and said there is nothing wrong, i said there is and i told them what had happend, he checked again and asked me to bite down on this paper that dentist use and the pain when i bit down was very pain full, he done some think with the hook they use and it went so i went back happy as i was flying out the next morning.So when i arrived home on the late evening my bottom teeth came out i couldnt understand this as they were supposed to be screwed in, when i called them i was told is that all we will send you to get them cemented back in, i said i never told you to cement my teeth in they should of been screwed in they done it without me knowing on the website it says screwed for all on 4, nothing to do with cement,I have asked them to put it right and they tried to get me to see someone i asked them what would he be doing and they would not tell me, they said wait until you see the surgeon they planned on just getting my lower teeth cemented in ,and not doing what i paid them to do, which was screwed in.I think all the people think there teeth are screwed in and are unaware they are cemented in. After this there is no way they are touching my teeth as the trust as gone they tried to threaten me by saying if i post a bad review they will end my 10 year warranty, i said my warranty as ended anyway because you wont be going any were near my teeth again. Im sorry that it as came to this but im not prepared to see people get screwed over like they have done to me.They will lie saying i was not there patient but this is proof of there lies.

I came to this clinic for my Emax veneers and I am extremely satisfied with the results. My teeth look beautiful and truly shine now. The entire staff is kind, supportive, and always available to answer any questions. My doctor was incredibly skilled and caring, and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. The experience I had with this company is second to none. The building is immaculate and every employee knows what they need to do and work seamlessly between each other. I had a full smile makeover done and they modified the design to my request, if you not happy with the temporary teeth they will redo them until you are 100% happy, only then will your permanent crowns be manufactured and fixed in place. All this done in 8 days for me and a fraction of the UK cost. Well done VK smile
