DO NOT GET YOUR WORK DONE HERE!! Don’t get a hair transplant. Don’t get Botox, don’t get filler. Don’t get anything and DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! Upon arrival, the experience diverged sharply from what was promised: 1. Unsafe and Unsanitary Hotel Conditions • I was placed in an unsanitary, overheated, unsafe hotel, completely inconsistent with what was advertised. • Conditions included filthy bedding with visible toenail clippings, extreme heat, and poor hygiene — all detrimental to surgical recovery. 2. Lack of Translator & Informed Consent • I was given very limited access to a bilingual translator, who appeared briefly and left. • When I asked medical questions or requested explanations, I was repeatedly told “tomorrow, tomorrow.” • My post‑operative questions were not answered until the day I was leaving for the airport. • I signed documents without fully understanding them, due to language barriers, not-present translators (which generally only appeared when and were the ones making the coercive upsells) and extreme exhaustion due to sleep deprivation. 3. Sleep Deprivation and Medication • I was given medication that caused severe insomnia, leaving me sleep deprived, cognitively impaired, and vulnerable during critical decision moments completely alone without an unbiased translator. • This significantly impaired my ability to advocate for myself or make informed financial decisions. UNAUTHORIZED “STEM CELL” PROCEDURE & UPSELL WITH INCOMPLETE BOTOX/FILLER TREATMENTS • I was never given a personal consultation regarding graft placement, styling, or density preferences. • The only “consultation” I received was the doctors statement: “Your hair is too thin — this will not work unless you do stem cell therapy.” • This was presented as mandatory, not optional for graft survival. • I was charged for this under pressure, being told I wouldn’t be able to get my transplant unless I submitted to the additional treatment, after I had already traveled internationally and committed to surgery. • The location from which the “stem cells” were taken is unclear and questionable, and no documentation was provided of the sample quality or sample legitimacy prior the procedure. • This procedure or the potential necessity of it was never discussed prior to travel and was not part of the agreed package. I was further told that they only performed 70% of coverage on my head due to this stem cell procedure allegedly taking care of the other 30%. When pressed on why, they told me that my graft survival depended on it, giving me no further explanation. My Botox/filler procedures were attempted to be discussed in advance but my liaison kept telling me that it would be discussed when I am at the clinic and they can absolutely perform it. They didn’t perform any Botox or filler until my last day there under pressure to fulfill their obligation to my payment. They said they were unable to do a full job due to the swelling of my head. They proceeded to shoot no more than 8 units of Botox and 2 units of filler, which is significantly less than expected. I was also not given a proper clinician to assess my needs prior to injections. SURGICAL & MEDICAL IRREGULARITIES • The consulting doctor DID NOT perform the surgery, contrary to expectations. • The procedure took place at night, with a team whose credentials were unclear. • No one on the surgical team spoke English and was able to answer my questions or concerns during the procedure. • There was no supervising physician introduced or identified or present for the procedure. • PRP sessions, which were included in my package, were never explained nor knowingly administered. • A laser treatment machine used post‑op was broken on one side. POST‑OP MEDICATION CHARGE & DELAY • Despite being told that all post‑operative medications were included, I was forced to pay an additional ₺115,310 TL. • This charge was processed while I was heavily medicated, exhausted, in considerable pain and stress.

تجربة سيئة جدا للأسف اتيت بهدف زراعة الأسنان ولم أتلقى المعلومات الواضحة بسبب تراجع العظم الفكي خضعت للأمر الواقع بتركيب جسر ولم يكن لدي مشكلة لكن المركز لا يعطي مجال لإختيار الطبيب وكان حظي سيء جدا بالطبيبة المعالجة اللتي لم يعطوني اسمها حتى كانت كل فترة العمل بأسناني تتحدث باللغة التركية فوق رأسي وتصرخ وتضحك مع مساعدتها بشكل هستيري ولا تعطي العمل اي تركيز لدرجة انو طبعة الاسنان غير مطابقة لفمي بشكل سليم وأعاني من ٣ سنوات للآن من ألم والجسر فيه فراغات تتسبب بتجمع كبير للطعام تحته لدرجة أنني لا أستطيع الأكل عليه وحجمه كبير جدا بالبداية فكرت أنه أمر طبيعي لانه يحتاج وقت للتعود لكن جميع الاطباء قالوا لي انه رديء للغاية وعمل تجاري بحت حتى لونه تغير رغم العناية والتنظيف المستمر وجزء انكسر لانه تحته فراغ تركيانا عمل للربح بلا ضمير ولا مراعاة لوقت المريض اللي سافر واتكلف مبلغ غير بسيط ليرتاح من معاناة أسنانه لكن للاسف حصلت على معاناة من نوع أخر لذلك يجب عمل أسناني من البداية من عمل منكم عملا فليتقنه ملاحظة: هذا التقييم مبني على تجربة شخصية حقيقية، وأحتفظ بإثباتات رسمية عند الطلب

THERES AN EDIT REPLY BELOW THIS SINCE I CANT REPLY TO YOUR COMMENT. I had a hair transplant with Turkeyana three years ago, and it remains one of the biggest regrets I’ve had. Before travelling to Turkey, I was given an estimated price via WhatsApp. However, once I arrived in person, the price changed significantly, and I felt pressured to proceed. I ended up undergoing two full days of surgery (8 hours each day) and was charged around €4,000 in total, which already felt excessive given what was promised. I was originally told I would receive 5,000–6,000 grafts. After returning to London, I consulted a highly reputable Harley Street hair transplant clinic, who confirmed that I definitely did not receive anywhere near that number of grafts. Three years later, my hair remains extremely thin, with large visible areas of scalp and very poor density. The aftercare was almost non-existent. I was given one bottle of shampoo and nothing else. I was later encouraged to purchase an additional €1,000 aftercare package, which I declined because I had already spent a substantial amount on the surgery itself. No proper aftercare plan, medications, supplements, or meaningful follow-up were included. When I raised concerns afterward, communication was very poor. I contacted Turkeyana multiple times and received little to no response. On one of the rare occasions they did reply, they suggested PRP treatments or hormone testing — which is unacceptable, as these assessments should have been carried out before the transplant, not suggested afterward to explain a bad result. Overall, I feel misled, overcharged, and ignored once payment was taken. Based on my experience, this clinic appears to prioritise volume and profit over patient care and outcomes. I would strongly advise anyone considering a hair transplant to think very carefully before choosing Turkeyana. The outcome does not reflect what was promised or paid for. EDIT REPLY!! I do not have my patient ID number or the surgeon’s name saved, as my treatment took place on 7 February 2023, but I was collected from my hotel at approximately 13:30 for the procedure arranged by your team. The booking was organised through your WhatsApp coordinators, and I have message history and payment records to support this. It is disappointing emphasising that instead of addressing patient concerns, the response is to say no record exists and threaten to report the review.
