As someone who has had problems with her teeth for a long time, I was apprehensive about the treatment process. I had serious fillings, root canal replacements, and the extraction of three of my wisdom teeth. Merve performed the fillings and root canal replacements, and I'm so glad she did. :) It was truly the first time in my life that I felt so safe in a dentist's chair. She explained every step, never letting me down. Her hand is incredibly light… I didn't even feel the needle. For a moment, I thought, "Has the numbing effect been applied yet?" before I learned the procedure had begun. 😅 Her professionalism and humane approach were so wonderful that when the hours-long procedure was over, I felt not stressed, but a profound sense of relief. As for my wisdom teeth… This was the procedure that frightened me the most. I had previously been unable to speak for five days due to the pain of a wisdom tooth extraction and had to rely on liquids. With this trauma, I sat across from Erim. But Erim handled the process so professionally and calmly. He extracted both my wisdom teeth, one from my upper and lower jaws, simultaneously. I had surgery because my lower tooth was impacted. Normally, an extraction would take weeks to recover from, but I took just one painkiller the night before, and everything was over. There was no swelling, no bruising, and no nightmarish pain. The next day, I was eating an apple and teaching my students. It was like a miracle for me. I can't thank both Merve and Erim enough. They were a team that exuded confidence from start to finish, smiling and dedicated to their work. This is a clinic anyone with dental phobia should visit without hesitation. Dental care is a truly sensitive topic, and serious trauma and phobias can occur, but this clinic offers nothing but smiles, relaxation, trust, and professionalism. ☺️🌸

Yesterday at Triodent, Merve performed my fillings and dental scaling, and Erim performed the extraction of my wisdom teeth, which were completely impacted on the upper and lower left sides. Because my jaw structure and teeth are quite problematic orthodontically, I had various procedures at different dentists until I was 40. Most recently, I had my wisdom tooth, located on the upper right side, extracted by a serious oral surgeon whose name I don't want to mention, but who has a professorial status. I wouldn't have had it removed. This procedure, my first wisdom tooth extraction, was so traumatic that I went to my appointment with Erim yesterday, stiff, with sweaty palms and palpitations. But let's face it, Erim Bozkurt is the best dentist I've ever encountered in my 40 years of experience. It's been exactly 24 hours since the extractions, and I haven't experienced a single ounce of pain, swelling, wear and tear on my jaw, or difficulty eating. It's as if two wisdom teeth weren't extracted from my mouth yesterday. I've never seen anyone so good at their job, so light-handed, and so reassuring and compassionate with their patients. I wish I had had my first experience with Erim. Don't cause unnecessary trauma to your family, children, or yourself. Especially for a procedure like wisdom tooth extraction, which is generally considered scary, let Erim be your first choice. I extend my endless gratitude to him here again and again. I will never set foot in another dental clinic again. I extend my sincere thanks to Erim and Merve, and to the entire Triodent team from A to Z.
