DO NOT TRUST!! I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the profoundly disappointing and distressing experience I had at your clinic during my teeth whitening procedure on December 5. I traveled all the way from Canada with the expectation of receiving professional, ethical, and compassionate care. Instead, I was met with one of the worst service experiences I have ever encountered in any medical or dental setting. First, I am extremely concerned that your team approved and proceeded with my teeth whitening despite the fact that I had recently undergone nose surgery. This is highly questionable and raises serious doubts about your clinic’s professional judgment and commitment to patient safety. At no point did anyone explain any potential risks related to this, nor was I given proper post-treatment information. After the procedure, I experienced severe pain, extreme discomfort, and even itchiness in my jaw—symptoms that were never disclosed to me beforehand. No one told me that such pain could occur, no warnings were provided, and no post-care instructions were given. I was simply charged and dismissed. I would also like to specifically address the unacceptable conduct of Tarik, the employee/coordinator assigned to me. His behavior was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed zero empathy. When I expressed that I was in pain and discomfort, he offered no support, no explanation, and no solution—his only focus appeared to be the payment. His lack of care, compassion, and professionalism is shocking, and it reflects extremely poorly on Dental Hub as an organization. The entire experience made me feel undervalued, neglected, and disrespected, especially given the significant effort and expense I undertook to travel internationally to your clinic. During the procedure itself, I was uncomfortable, yet no one made any effort to check on me or ensure I was okay. This experience has left me with a deeply negative impression of Dental Hub. I expected a professional service, not an experience where my health, well-being, and concerns were ignored. Given the physical pain, emotional distress, lack of proper guidance or aftercare, and the overall negligence and unprofessionalism I endured, I am requesting appropriate compensation for this unacceptable experience. I believe this is a reasonable expectation considering the harm caused and the complete failure of your clinic to provide even basic standards of patient care

My doctor at Dentub was Kübra. She did three fillings, two of which I couldn't distinguish from my own teeth, but the result was fantastic. She also saved the other tooth from extraction, which I was very pleased with. Well done, doctor.

If I could give this clinic 11 stars then I would. The entire team are lovely and from the moment you land to the moment you leave, you’ll be in very safe hands. The whole trip has felt seamless and easy going. The hotel offers impeccable service and your drivers even open the doors for you as and when you get taken to the clinic. You really don't need to do much other then show up. A special mention to Deniz for facilitating my whole experience and being available to me asking hundreds of questions non stop! And of course to my dentist Kubra who is clearly so passionate about what she does. She is noticeably focused, empathetic and didn’t miss a beat. The whole place is on point and you should definitely get yourself booked!

Very happy with my experience at Denthub, I wanted three implants as I had cracked my molars in an accident, I was recommended by a friend. I spoke to Deniz via what's app and he took me the the process, the costs and what I would expect, the clinic and the dentists were great, the aftercare at the hotel was great with nurse coming to your room, I had two visits to Istanbul, had a great time looking around this beautiful city and got three implants including the extractions and two new caps for the price of one implant in the UK and got to have a nice break in Istanbul.
