This clinic is truly amazing. They guide you through everything from start to finish. They give honest feedback and take the time to care for your teeth and make them look their best. The doctors, assistants, and interpreters (especially Mouna) were all wonderful and extremely kind. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone. Three people I know have already been here, and even after years they still have no problems with their teeth. Personally, I couldn’t find a single negative point. The dentists are very patient, really listen to you, and work with you to find the best solution. Thank you so much, doctors. My (first) experience with this clinic was a very positive one. Starting from the first phone call with them until I returned home. A coordination between everyone there that you rarely encounter. First of all, my translator, Mr. Ali, who never let me out of his sight for a second. The entire staff of the clinic, starting with the ladies at the reception and ending with the driver, all helped me endlessly. In terms of the service I received, I am very satisfied and I look forward to returning for the second and last time. So far, everything related to my teeth is going very well and I hope that by the second visit it will be the same. I have had 12 implants and I have taken only one pain pill. My experience is fantastic. After I requested a resolution to my problem, Ali contacted me. Ali and I became friends right away. He was with me the whole way. The medical staff was exceptional. They solved my dental problem with excellent results. I've received compliments from friends, family, and co-workers about how natural my new teeth look. Very professional and accommodating staff are employed at Saphire Dental Clinic. Their patients’ welfare and comfort prioritise the services rendered. Explanation of the procedure(s) are readily made available through my translator and guide Justin. His is an outstanding demeanour with both a friendly and helpful attitude that comforts patients. The implant and crown/cap team led by Dr. Ayse are, in tandem, extremely efficient and most careful when proceeding in their experienced profession. As a client I was treated with great respect and fully kept abreast of the stages of works, procedures and precautions pertaining to the successful finishing of the project and product.
