I was never informed of the cost beforehand, nor was I told how many syringes would be used. When I went downstairs to check out, I was shocked to receive a bill totaling 5,000 EUR. This lack of transparency regarding pricing and procedure details is deeply concerning and, frankly, unacceptable for a professional medical practice. I request a detailed itemized invoice and an explanation of how this total was calculated, but the clinic has not responded to my emails.

The environment was spotlessly clean and peaceful. I can't help but mention Serdar's attentive and warm welcome. My doctor, Reha, who performed the procedure, was both knowledgeable and very polite, explaining everything in detail. I felt safe and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend him. ✨

I met Rene thanks to my love for Nur Bilen. My first botox was done by Reha Hoca, I hope the rest will be the same. Ms. Zeynep, Mr. Serdar, Ms. Gizem and many more staff I haven't even mentioned are all so caring and kind. ❤️🙏
