I underwent lower eyelid surgery. The doctor was negligent and indifferent. He performed the operation without any measurements and any examination was extremely bad. He anesthetized the eye area and left me in the operating room and went to meet clients. The result was disastrous. He cut a large amount of skin and caused me a big problem.
