I am exhausted by the repeated back-and-forth correspondence. You have clearly refused to issue a refund, despite my attempts to resolve this matter in a professional and respectful manner. I have made my position clear on multiple occasions, yet it is equally clear that you are unwilling to address my request appropriately. As a result, you have left me with no alternative but to proceed to the next stage and take formal legal action to resolve this matter. This correspondence will therefore serve as my final notice. I will not engage in further discussion on this issue unless it is through legal representatives or a formal legal process. ⚠️ Warning to future patients: my experience with Prof Clinic was very disappointing. Communication was poor, the treatment plan changed without proper explanation, and my issues were not resolved. Please be very careful before committing. I deeply regret choosing Prof Clinic Dentus in Istanbul. What was meant to be a professional dental treatment turned into a stressful, costly, and disappointing experience. Despite raising my concerns clearly, I was not offered a proper solution or refund, leaving me to deal with the consequences and additional costs back home. As an international patient, this is especially frustrating and unfair. The clinic is very responsive before you pay, but once payment is made, the level of care and accountability drops significantly. I feel misled and let down. This clinic cares more about taking your money than delivering safe, professional dental care. Once problems arise, they avoid responsibility and leave patients stranded. I would never recommend Prof Clinic Dentus to anyone. I strongly advise anyone considering travelling to Turkey for dental treatment to think twice before choosing this clinic. My experience caused unnecessary stress, pain, and financial loss. I am writing this review to warn others and to formally document why I am seeking a full refund from Prof Clinic Dentus, Istanbul. The dental treatment I received was unsatisfactory and poorly executed. Shortly after returning home, the work failed, causing discomfort, stress, and the need for corrective treatment. This is not acceptable for treatment that was marketed as professional, high-quality, and long-lasting. When I contacted the clinic to report the issue and request a resolution, I was met with delays, excuses, and a refusal to take responsibility. As an international patient, returning to Turkey is not practical, yet no fair alternative solution or refund was offered. The clinic was very responsive before payment, but once problems arose, communication and accountability disappeared. I have been left with financial loss, ongoing dental issues, and emotional stress. Given the failed outcome and lack of aftercare, a full refund is justified and reasonable. I regret trusting this clinic and would strongly advise others to avoid Prof Clinic Dentus, especially international patients who expect proper aftercare and responsibility. I am still requesting a full refund and hope this matter can be resolved professionally. I will continue to escalate this matter publicly and formally until a fair refund is provided.

I went to this clinic in July with my friend. We had 28 crowns done in total. In the beginning, I did not need any root canals, but during the treatment they touched and damaged my nerves, which is why they ended up doing 6 root canals for me. It was extremely painful. They placed my crowns on the last day of my stay, and I had to fly back to Canada the next day. They told me the pain was normal and would go away in two days, but it didn’t. I bought a lot of painkillers in Istanbul and continued using them back in Canada just to survive the pain. After returning home, the pain got worse. When I contacted the clinic, they kept saying it was normal. I went to a dentist in Canada for a check-up, and they told me there were many problems — but they could not take responsibility because they were not the ones who did the work. My second trip was in October. I went back because in Canada no dentist wanted to fix it since the treatment was not done properly by the first clinic. Even though the clinic gave me a 15-year warranty, when I asked for help, they blamed me instead of taking responsibility. They then did 18 more root canals and still charged me money for it. They did not pay for my flight or hotel. Even after everything, I still have pain and a very bad smell from my teeth. So please be careful. I do not recommend this place. And do not trust all the 5-star reviews — they offer gifts if you give them a 5-star rating.

This was, honestly, the best decision I've ever made. It was made even better by the people who made everything so easy. and was incredibly nervous. From the messages before arrival to the airport transfer staff, from the hospital staff to the surgeon, everyone was absolutely wonderful. I had a great experience at this dental clinic. while getting three crowns done on my teeth. The quality of their work was great, and I’m very happy with the results. The whole team does an excellent job, and I want to give a special mention to Rania—she is incredibly nice, helpful, and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. Their free consultation is a wonderful benefit, and I really appreciated the free pick-up and drop-off service to my home. It made the whole process so convenient. Highly recommended!

I am very impressed with the organization and coordination carried out by Prof. Clinic. The moment I took up the booking my trip was arranged in a seamless way and once I arrived at the airport there was a taxi waiting. It didn't matter that it was almost midnight that arrived at Sabiha Gokcen Airport. I found someone waiting to pick me up. I was booked at a very tidy and superb hotel that offered breakfast every morning. A taxi would pick and drop me at the hotel whenever had appointment at the clinic. The clinic clinic personnel professional and the treatment was carried out by well-trained dentist. I would there like to extend my gratitude to the ever smiling Mona Muhammed for organizing and handling my trip. Secondly, I would also thank the dentists that that treated me plus all the support staff. I would definitely recommend Prof Clinic to my friends and family if they need any treatment.
