From day one, they made every effort to ensure I was comfortable, and they kept me informed every step of the way throughout the process. The facility is immaculate, modern, and truly top notch. Most importantly, the team at Premium Dental is a group of caring professionals who are genuinely dedicated to making sure your smile is everything you dream it will be. They don’t overlook a single detail — they aim for perfection, and it shows in the final result. Over the week and across multiple appointments, you honestly start to form a bond with everyone there. They make you feel like family (and they even grabbed me McDonald’s when I told them I’d never had McDonald’s in another country 😂). I’ve already referred three people back home to Premium Dental, and I’ll keep recommending them. A special thank you to Dr. Ismail who completely transformed my teeth. He not only fixed my smile, but it felt like he gave me a new outlook on life and the confidence I was missing. His attention to detail and expertise is truly impressive. The office itself was the epitome of luxury - beyond clean and modern, it truly represented the premium experience they promised. PERFECT!! Traveled all the way from Los Angeles for my upper and lower veneers it was worth it! The communication with the Patient Coordinator’s was so friendly, patient and efficient. On arrival, they greet you so warmly and put you at ease, they are aware of your treatment and liaise with the Doctors. I noticed at Premium Dental, you are never sent anywhere, you are accompanied, introduced and always clear on what is happening. The free transfers arrangement is such a great idea. The service makes such a contribution to your treatment and relieves the stress of any travel arrangements between the airport and treatments, you quickly realise the value of the service. I have nothing but heaps of praise and compliments for the Doctors that worked on the different stages of my treatment. I am so impressed with their work. They explain your treatment to you with care and they are nothing short of geniuses. These Doctors changed my smile and other treatment will contribute to good health.
