Perla Oral and Maxillofacial Clinic

Very disappointing experience ! Before visiting this clinic, I had no chewing problems or tooth sensitivity. I initially came to fix only a few problematic teeth. However, after the treatment at this clinic, my condition significantly worsened: all teeth became sensitive I am unable to chew properly on the right side When I arrived, I was persuaded to undergo full dental prosthetics. I agreed on the condition that only crowns would be placed. After the treatment, I later discovered that three bridges had also been placed without my prior consent. I specifically requested crowns in a particular color, but a different color was used, which I did not agree to. Overall, I felt that my wishes as a patient were not respected, and my concerns were not taken seriously. Despite multiple requests, the clinic has not provided my full medical documentation, and it has not been possible to resolve this situation constructively. After publishing my factual reviews, I received a formal message threatening legal action and financial penalties unless I removed my reviews. However, after reviewing the evidence I provided, the administrations of Trustpilot and Google Maps confirmed that my reviews complied with their policies. I am sharing my experience so that others are aware of the potential risks and can make an informed decision.

I took my time to write this review because it's a long process and I wanted to make sure everything was done before I venture to write something. I have to say I started this trip with a lot of skepticism, altough I did my research, I wasn't really sure how it was going to turn out. I had to get the bone graft + an implant on one side, and pull out an infected tooth + implant on the other side. I already had some quotations from back home and I was not going to be able to afford the treatment, and that's how I ended up looking at options and landed on the Perla website. Since the very beginning, they replied my questions promptly and very friendly, they sent me a treatment plan and a quotation which they stuck by until the end of the process. I arrived for my first appointment in May and my translator welcomed me right away. I was impressed to see what a facility they have with really nice and clean workplaces and state-of-the-art tools and machinery. The job was done within an hour by two very professional doctors. I had enough anesthesia and didn't feel a thing during the process even with the bone graft surgery which is quite an invasive one. I've had some implants before and this was the smoothest surgery I've ever had. After that, I got my temporary teeth done (which I was not so sure they would hold for the whole 6 months that I had to wear them, but they did!). A few days later I had to do a quick checkup before leaving back home and having to wait for 6 months for the bone to grow around the new implants. I went back in November to put my crowns and I was welcomed by dr. Seda Genis who was in charge of this job. She speaks perfect english so there was no need for a translator. She took the prints right away, and one day later she was effortlessly fitting the crowns and doing the minor adjustments necessary. I couldn't belive how easy the process was. I couldn't believe that I took the risk to go to a foreign land to get dental treatment and that it worked out without any surprises or complications. I can't thank Perla enough for their great job and the high quality professionals and standards they have. I highly recommend them! This guys don't fool around, they get the job done!

After my first visit to Perla Dental Clinic, I was a little uncertain. Everything went absolutely great .the hotel, the service, the care .all of it was amazing. I would never experience this level of service back home. The only thing that surprised me was that I went home with temporary teeth only on one side, while others already had a full set of temporaries that looked fantastic. In that moment, I felt a bit strange. But everything changed during my second visit. Now that I have my permanent teeth, I am absolutely happy. Once again, the service was perfect – the hotel, the doctors, and the drivers who took me from the hotel to the clinic and to the airport. People, don’t be afraid of the dentist the way I used to be. Everything was completely painless, and every procedure was clearly explained to me step by step. Thank you, Perla Dental Clinic, for giving me my smile back. The doctor was great and very kind, and the clinic itself was nice and welcoming. The treatment was done well and professionally, and I really appreciated the friendliness of the doctor. However, the issue I had was that no price was given before starting the procedure. When it came time to pay, the cost was much higher than expected ,significantly more than other clinics, in fact double and more , as someone who worked in the field I think it was unnecessarily expensive, and I believe the pricing should be communicated upfront to avoid such surprises.
